The BGT audition of My Funny Valentine is the BEST EVER VERSION in my humble opinion. It’s been a very good song for various artists but it was not a song that ever shook me like I’ve been asleep for 40 years. OMG, words don’t do justice to this incredible lady . She just NAILED IT 100% PLUS. Her voice had me replaying her audition over n over n over. I’ve only just discovered her in Oct 2023 n straight away I was searching for more of her songs . That audition is way better than her album song n yet on her only album dated 2017 she has class stamped all over it with a perfect range of songs that gives the listener the appreciation of how much talent she has. A voice that could be described as raspy, but smooth, sassy n sexy, a bit of soul n then some rock n roll, searing to the sky above n then able to bring it back to a grounded n settled tune so crystal clear. I could listen to her all day n night . Her ability to have such a voice that puts us into another dimension of time n music, her brilliance in reaching so many levels is such that it speaks A STAR IS BORN . Oh but I see there is only one album, 2017? Alice, where are you ? I hope you are ok . I hope you get this chance to take your voice all the way to the BEST OF THE BEST . Your voice is so unique you have spoilt us with your talents n we are aching for more. Oh I hope this woman gets support n with the right connections to keep on going. A voice Simon Cowell described as liquid Gold , then later said liquid Platinum. How about she just has a Pearl of a voice . Good luck to her. She makes so many people appreciate her sounds. For me, the 'original' version Alice sang at the audition was not only HER best, it was THE best I have EVER heard by ANYONE! Her audition with her exquisite timing, the achingly beautiful phrasing and the unrushed pacing produced an absolute GEM.....like a diamond, she was, quite simply, FLAWLESS!

This version is great, but her audition performance is by far the best-selling version. Now that one I get chills from. It was an awesome audition performance!

The audition was so amazing. She was nervous and in pain and vulnerable and gorgeous and it made the performance a one of a kind.

Alice's BGT version/arrangement of Funny Valentine was spectacular. Her voice and her body were dripping with sensuality. It's the most amazing & sensual rendition I have ever seen or heard . I never get tired of watching & listening to her audition. It's so powerful, EVERY TIME. Simon's comment about her voice being "liquid gold" & later upgrading it to "liquid platinum", is so true. I really hope she attains all the success she's ever dreamed of.

I can't believe it's been 7 years since BGT. This was fantastic. I still think the raw, slower version done on BGT is superior and perfect.

They took her and polished her up and in doing so took away what makes her unique. I heard this song by many artist from Sarah Vaugh to Sting and she made it new. Her audition was amzing and I have watched it over and ove again. Yet, now, they are transforming her to a "kareoke" singer. I feel that I will miss what may be a great performer.

her live version of this was MUCH much better. she has an awesome voice, but that night she was in some ultra zone and it was breathtaking to hear, and watch. it was one of the most incredible acts the show has ever had.

She's got a beautiful, sultry and seductive voice but I seriously loved her first audition singing "funny valentine " because you could see how she put her heart and soul into her slowly but carefully movements during the song. Its the same as with Brian Justin Crum singing "creep" in his first audition, he was singing for his life and it showed! To me they are both phenomenally talented singers and I love both their voices and wish them all the best in life. Its just my opinion.

For a while I was looking for someone with an angelic voice. A voice tha matches the heavenly choir, and I've found that voice. Alice has such a blessed voice.

Her album Under the Covers is excellent. But her voice is not on the foreground there.
