Hello and welcome to my channel! My name is Ant Bryan, a proud ParaAthlete specialising in the 800m & 1500m events. I wear my two gold medals from the 2015 World Championships with immense pride, marking them as my crowning achievements thus far.
But my journey doesn't end on the track. You'll often find me racing through the streets of London, competing in 5k & 10k road races. What sets me apart? I'm usually the only participant with a physical disability, yet I persistently finish within the top half of all runners. To me, it's more than just a race; it's a testament to the power of positive thinking and the potential that lies within us when we push beyond our perceived limits.
