The 90's said F the 80s were gonna not wear makeup and tights, we're gonna wear denim, flannels, and Docks and have a cult following of people from the NW and all over... Long live the Seattle Grunge scene... Long live as they RIP - Curt, Layne, Scott, and Chris... May Eddie Vedder last as long as Steve Miller has and keep performing.....

It wasn't meant to be trendsetting fashion, but they said that it's what the bicycle messengers wore. Shorts--so they didn't get cuffs caught in bicycle chains, leggings because it's effing cold in Seattle sometimes.
