Shinedown is a solid rock band. I think Brent Smith's vocals have gotten better over time. Recommend - 45, Fly From.the Inside, Second Chance, Monsters

Shinedown has the record for the number one hits on the Billboard top 100. The last time I looked it was 18. A great rabbit hole. Brent Smith's vocals are brilliant 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 Check out their cover of Simple Man. You won't be disappointed 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 Another awesome one is Monsters. Very emotional

I love this song but my favorite version of Alice is in Alice: Madness Returns. The original story of Alice in the book was quite dark and at times was alluding to the fact Alice was escaping into her own imagination to avoid facing a dark reality. It's a darker theme than most people who only know it by the movies think it is. Even though this song was made for the movie the lyrics reflect more towards the original work imo. There's also a theory that Alice may have been drugged which is what the first lyrics "drank the wine and took the pill" was subtlely referencing.

This is one of my favorites to. It’s on the movie soundtrack. Shinedown not only holds the record for the most no 1s on the rock charts. They were named this year by billboard as the best mainstream rock band 🎸 in the last 20 yrs. I’m telling you they don’t make a bad song. 💯
