I haven’t even watched it yet, but just the fact that somebody has attempted to make a movie loosely based on the book of Enoch makes me happy. I’m looking forward to the movie. Rollin’ a blunt now.

Did anyone else's computer restart three times in the first 6 minutes of this movie? Make that 4 reboots in 21 minutes. Patience is a virtue. And again at 52 minutes. Patience is turning into persistence. And again at 65 minutes.

The best part of this movie is the music..

This is good. There is a similar move called Battle: Los Angeles. That movie was okay, but disappointing. This movie is alot better. I like this movie, Alien Armageddon, better. The original is what you should see. The extended cuts seems to take the movie off focus.

Epic intro by Christopher Lee. Could have done much more with SFX but in 2010 on a budget I'm guessing that was the issue. These days with AI generated effects this could be an AMAZING piece even with a shoestring budget.

I have been sitting here thinking for a few minutes about my reaction. I listened to the director talk about his vision of the movie. I wanted to quote Lord Jesus, when he said, "Greater love hath no man that to lay down his life for a friend." Additionally, so many of the Old Testament stories sound so much to me like recounts of visits from aliens. Other ancient scriptures also have that flavor, like the ancient Mahabharata. But we cannot criticize negatively, without having made a movie ourselves...I'm trying to write a book though...And have a sci-fi story I got from 5 consecutive nights of dreaming it. The next night my story would pick up where it previously left off, It is an epic saga...Many of the scenes never seen before in movies ...40 years ahead of time...The scary part is that many of the things in it have parallelisms with what we have been going through and I'm sure will continue experiencing... I feel bad for the actors though, Because the script could've been better if taking more time to think it through. Love the redhead one, she has certain looks and charisma. I do see the character in all of them but I feel needs to be truly guided it to fully be expressed. The blonde leader shooter in the scene where, she is awesome, that in the "In The Open Shooting Chuck Norris" scene. We captured the 2 most wanted and 300-plus warlords, and our collaboration led to the capture of Bin Laden...Our Intel allowed Team 6 to do their amazing job... The Books of Enoch and what little it says in the Bible. Well it mentions about the Watchers and the Nephilim you hear nothing about things flying around in the air that carry them. Now whether God was testing the Watchers to weed out Heaven evils are the ones who will not have control of themselves most likely it was a test but the name watches is what God told Enoch . They were supposed to just watch not get involved . Then the director switches to the Holocaust about being saviors which in itself is okay but not the real connection. Now God's only worries about the spirit and the one he should have mentioned what only matches are Savior and the son of God which is the only way to be saved. Funny how we left that part out when Jesus already references about the Nephilim. Keep being your own God and picking and choosing what you want to put in and don't worry you live forever whether you know it or not our Lord and savior will take care of the garbage. Wake up and smell the roses cuz the books of Enoch should have been in the Bible because if not all most of it is true just like the Bible they wouldn't have been bullshiting back then there were too afraid of God. Real bad play you came out of that way for a four minute explanation at the end. You really were all over the place with the truth and non truth. You may not believe in God or you may believe . I know because I accept the Lord and Savior and therefore the Lord in me. If you can find the word believe concerning God anywhere in the Old Testament in Hebrew good luck. This would be absolutely hilarious except for the fact that somebody obviously believes that this is even close to what the Bible says makes it so sad. Please read the word of God and don't be deceived.

Rushed in places and drawn out way too much in others made for a very disappointing film, costumes and special effects were great but the script was rather unexciting and there were many unneeded scenes .

Enoch was never in the Biblical canon to be removed from it. You can make a movie about anything you want, it does not change truth. Some Beta Israel, as well as the Christian Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. Other Jewish and Christian groups regard it as non-canonical or non-inspired but may accept it as having historical or theological interest. For me it reads like an old novela.
