AlienHand - Above the Asteroids Special thanks to Dj Alienhand www.alienhand.dk www.eveonline.com Remix of Below The Asteroids(JON HALLUR ) EVE online soundtrack
I just love Aura's: "It could be said that the world is almost completely full of honest people, but I prefer to say the world is completely full of almost honest people."
I truly, truly hate this piece of music. My hatred is enormous. Every time I come back to listen I feel a strong need to start EvE again. I. Must. Resist.
I was forced to quit playing in 2008 (finances/moves/jobs) but till this day I'm in touch with former corp mates (even got the job which led me to quit through one), and the time spent in Eve will stay with me forever
Yeah the first time I died and logged back into the game (panicked while I was being attacked and logged out) - hearing her laugh at me was a sobering moment.
Love this remix, love the game and i can't get enough of the soundtracks in game. EVE online have had a HUGE impact on me, without it i wouldn't have gotten into music production in the first place. Such an inspirational fuse of wonderful scenery and lovely frequencies.
Eve online was one of the core fundamental pillars of what made 2010-2013 four of the best years I ever had as a young adult. Experiencing this game at its peak was nothing short of extraordinary. I still play it today, but those years were incredible.
I started back in 2009 and the new voice never caught on for me, I've stopped playing for years now, but I keep finding myself thinking of EVE and contemplating coming back
Too late. I've already re-upped, though I have come back to a strange land in many ways. Still, lovely to see the old designs flying here. Hopefully this will be the entry of some new players, just as the old "EVE never fades" video hooked me. See you in space folks.
This is the best Eve-Online video and soundtrack I have ever heard or seen. Well done man! Did you do the actual footage? What software did you use? Fraps or something? Would you need a dedicated computer to record it that high spec?
Im posting again on this video to try and get this thing some hits. This video should have at least 100,000 views its that good. Keep doing what your doing and soon you will be working with Jessica if CCP's graphical producer see this video! You should have already have been contacted by them for this well done epic video.
yes it was I helped make this track. Don't tread where you have no business. you can ask alienhand himself, I didn't do much, but I have the original unfinished copies.
>Me getting flashbacks of being abbadon f1 monkey in null's, WH farmer, lowsec ganger in pre 2013 eve >>Realizing those days are gone and it wont be the same again today /CRY
Brilliantly mixed, really added just what some of the in-game ambience tracks lack :) the in-game ones are good, no doubt, but a little more beat is very welcome in combat situations... A salute to you O7
"It could be said that the world is almost completely full of honest people. But I prefer to say the world is completely full of almost honest people."
I don't remember that part (it's been a while since I've read the books) -- but wasn't it mentioned in "Templar One" that the Isogen-5 discharge is what awakened the Sleepers?
oh >.> hah nvm lol. the song was made for fanfest lol , there is a shorter 4-5 minute version he made. but I don't know if we released it. I'll ask him about it in game!
"I can't let you do that dear" "The targets must be cleared before continuing"??? Where the hell are those messages from? The tutorial? I've got my Aura disabled, because she has but a few lines to say, it gets boring. Also, where to find the audio files of her? Please don't point me to a folder in my EVE catalogue, I've looked and could find but a few. Also - the "almost hones people" line... ok, the "clumsy pilot" was obvious - who did that voice acting? :)
It really works. Can flippers can be confused: Continuously jettisoning 1 unit of Velspar to leave behind garbage cans (dang appropriate name) , while mining for your own full shipboard load of any ore, has proven to be a nice payback for can flipper rats as evidenced by the grape vine and personal observation and chat channels.
