Its an overused term but Yeah im totally of the same opinion. As, over the years, many morecame to understand. So much trash since then... Shows how great aliens is. Also, best fx movie of All time!
This is standard practise in TV for stuff shot with one camera. The shoot the interviewee first. Then later the questions and reaction shots which would all be later edited into the corect broadcast sequence.
@BuckRolly: If you watch later videos of Bobbie Wygant beginning around the early 90’s, they fixed this problem or this creepy style of filming interviews by simply having two cameras. They would film the interviewee and Bobbie at the same time. First angle was the interviewee and the second was Bobbie.
To this date, in my top 5 movies. Alien/s are masterpieces in movies. The sequel was a great idea for a movie. Very rarely a sequel stands up to the original. This absolutely does. In fact some say it's better. I'm 50/50 on them tbh. Both very different movies. Both classics.
@@MrCarpen7er I agree, although I think Aliens is still a very good sequel. It's rare that a part two shifts genre but still works as an expansion of the original story. I like it a lot.
@Adam Blister: I guess before the early 90’s, they used just one camera for the interviewee person and had to do reaction shots separately.
