I love AliExpress for getting stuff for the bjd hobby.

IDK what age your grandbaby is, but I had to laugh when you said she wasn't into changing up the clothes. It's been decades since my cousin and I used to play, and we'd spend a good 20-30 minutes dressing our dolls and setting the scene as we discussed what story we'd act out, spend maybe 5 minutes playing it out, then time to redress lol. I've ordered dolls clothes off Ali and Temu, every item under $3, and mostly feel I got a good deal. If you have no sewing skills, I'd probably avoid them, as many items need a little help- a few more stitches on the velcro to make it lay nice, an occasional skipped stitch or seams that didn't meet, a little extra fabric snagged into the hem, a design misprinted, etc. I'd say about a third of what I ordered I wouldn't give to a child to play with until I had made some repairs. That being said, some of the items were PHENOMENAL! Truly putting Mattel to shame. Main reason I say that is how many different body types the clothes fit and actually look like they were made for that doll without being obviously stretch knit fabric. My first haul, I wound up even trying the dresses and skirts on my guy dolls because putting on my curvy's was too easy. Fitted slacks were the #1 fail to fit curvy item. I'd also avoid hoodies if you actually like to put the hood up, as one of the ways they keep costs down is to skimp on fabric - the loop of fabric for the hoodie is barely an inch wide. Summary: keep your expectations low, your sewing kit handy, and don't blow a lot of money.

I bought a lot of doll outfits from Aliexpress and many of them are too small, and sewn horribly! So be careful.
