fun series glad you are wearing the helmet. just watched a bicyclist video uploaded a few years back, he ran over road debris (aluminum strip) that immediately jammed up his front tire and it threw him over the handle bars as bike flew up like 20ft easy, recommend you are fully comfortable going fast at lower speeds and proficient at reading the road for debris that would mess you up, I found the link, stay safe Tucker! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-iV9_i9MEnMg.html
@@TuckerGott Make sure the water is not deep when you try it, I have a canoe and kayak and they are not going to be stable with that much top heavy weight, Just think about people who stand up. Maybe if you can put some pontoon arms off each side to keep it stable id do it but not in water over 3 feet, Remember don't fly over water rule. Stay safe
That had to be sketchy those cheap bikes tend to wobble at high speed and tire could blow out meaning instant wipeout. I know I built e-bikes and a decent frame makes a huge difference as you don’t feel your going fast and feels like a normal motor bike, where a cheap wobbly frame feels sketchy and fun but dangerous at best. I alway thought about putting a paramotor on back on a bike for testing but a good motor and don’t want to destroy it. Was going to do it on the trail at lower speeds to get people reaction as tons of cyclists and friends on there, but realized how dangerous it would be and not worth risk hurting someone in the process, plus destroying the motor and possibly killing myself in the process.
@@thetechgenie7374 EVERY two wheeled vehcle wobbles at high enough speeds. And it has two wobble points at two different speeds, one fast for the front wheel and much slower for the rear. If you watch track or TT moto racing you can see it happen quite often, especially when there is some perturbation to set it off, like one or both wheels leaving the ground momentarily, especially in turns, or two bikes touching. Usually it damps out and they continue on, but it the perturbation is bad enough and they are going fast enough it sometimes goes divergent and really nasty wrecks ensue, often with some serious high side (if you can call it that) or over the handlebar action. A good high speed road bicycle is stable at MUCH higher speeds than this, as you said. I think they hit 70+ routinely on mountain downhills on the pro tours. I'm probably not telling you anything you don't know, but if so maybe someone else will enjoy it. Killing yourself is the one you would care about least, afterward, just sayin'. :-) There was a Kawasaki back in the day, I think it was the 500 or 750 two stroke, the generation before the one that was really pretty, that was NOTORIOUS for killing people due to easily entering and rapidly amplifying that instability mode. It was so bad the bike actually had an applicable nickname, but I don't remember it.
When I was 12 and riding my Typhoon down big huge hills standing on one foot on the top bar, I envisioned e-bikes - with the power source in the frame tubes. And I doubt I was the first.
Pretty sure: a) he could cut the engine or idle before hitting the pavement b) its not much more risky than faceplanting on landing with the designed use case. Something that Tucker wouldn't do, but others do all the time, so the hazard analysis on the two activities aren't that misaligned. The additional risk if if you crash into or near someone else or property on the bike.
@@TuckerGott Much of that debris being you, and would I be write in guessing that you have leathers, since you ride? I know you're pretty young, but you are not immortal. You will probably realize that more and more as you age, and look back on stuff like this and think, "WTH was I thinking?" I could give you the answer, but I expect you already know. Have fun, be safe. The two do not have to be mutually exclusive.
Ok so here's a question. If I try to launch with it, do I jettison the bike on launch or figure out how to strap it to me? Honestly, I don't think the AliExpress paramotor has the power to lift the bike, so I figured I would jettison and let the bike crash.
@@TuckerGottsteering bike and wing at same time?? Might be able to pull off jettison for launch, but I think risk/reward might be out of whack for this one!
@@TuckerGott i got these carabiner here in china together with my 2 paramotors but never dare to fly them. for me this video will be specially interesting! and thanks you dont do a giveaway with this crap. everybody here hates this motor and we get kicked from any place if somebody show up with it. we all hate it beyond measure
@@williamneuzil7403 exactly. its insane loud. take a moster185 and multiply that by 5 times the noise. you get the idea. its fairly common here. from all "normal" pilots on every meeting there is always 1 or 2 muppets who got this POS because its cheap. people here love cheap. it doesnt matter the exhaust fall off after first flight. and they leave it off. you cannot even begin to imagine the deafening noise of this. we all hate it here. people who fly this generally dont care about safety and pay dearly for that. they fly without ear protection or helmet. and always crash because this engine falls apart so often. if you hate your life, go get one. i cant say enough bad things about this. i understand why tucker got it. makes good content but boy is this thing terrible 🤮🤣
Even 30 on a bike feels sketchy, I personally wouldn't want to experience 50, especially just wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Balls of steel, man. Balls of steel.
You're right, it's NOT a motor vehicle. However there are 'some' traffic regulations regarding human powered vehicles, like bikes cannot speed through pedestrian areas and hit pedestrians, thus their operations are still regulated. What scares me is the slightest bump and you can wipe out at 50 MPH with only a t shirt and shorts! Not even a f ull face helmet! or elbow or knee pads. I would be armored up completely with a better bike and I would LOVE to try this!!!
You should most certainly be in at least jeans and a leather jacket if you are going over pavement that quick. I am so grateful you are okay. Lol. The mind of a child at work is a beautiful thing when an adult finds their inner child. God bless you Tucker.
"So sir, can you describe the accident that you saw?" "Basically, there was this guy with a giant blender on his back, riding a bike with no brakes at 50mph." "Ok, we're gonna have to do a sobriety test."
Dear Tucker, Please try that same idea on a skateboard, Go-Cart, trike-bike, scooter with engine tuned off on scooter, surf board, small boat, ect, ect.
You should do that in one of those tricycles you can lay down in. Add a wind shield for aerodynamics, set a rig up for the paramotor; you could easily top 60, maybe 70 mph
"I do feel like I shouldn't be in shorts and a t-shirt, because if I go down I'm gonna get absolutely fucked." ... "I'm at full throttle and we're still accelerating!"
Bro I ride all kinds of motorcycles and don't bother with gear like 90% of the time but that little bicycle is sketchy as hell and you're super lucky you didn't seize a bearing or blow a tire or get tank slap. You're a madman!
Back in the 80's when vehicles used to have an actual door handle you could grab a hold of I talked a friend of mine into pulling me on my 10 speed while holding onto the door handle. We got up to 60 when I chickened out and let go. As soon as I had let go, I got some front wheel wobble which scared me quite a bit! The good news is I didn't crash, and was completely cured of ever wanting to try that again!... 😂
Had to check this out pretty cool, just need to mount it to the bike. Wouldn't think about mounting wings to it, but if you did it would be like an Ultralite. Put the hang glider on the front handlebars lol, and the funny thing about this video you said you should wear shorts and a tee shirt but showed up at the airport in shorts and a tee shirt God bless stay safe.
"I feel like I shouldn't be in shorts and a t shirt, because if I fall, I'ma get absolutely screwed" 1 camera cut later "alright, so I'm at full throttle..."
When are you going down to #TAXI Way? I thought you’re ready for takeoff. Now you got a put the paraglider on and the motor and the bike and go flying with the bike in the air. Epic.😂😂❤👍👍
you have to test efficienty by comparing: ''re-directing the thrust'' to a vector that corrects for the wheel's resistance completely vs the horizontal vector
Using those kind of wheels at those speeds is basically almost suicidal. You're bound to lose balance eventually at those speeds. Any bump, or even a small rock, can have you hitting the floor a 40 MPH. Seems like a lot of fun tho.
You are Crazy & Cool . Love what you do. ❤ One of the best You tube channels . Stay safe . You actually had the speed up to 49 mph when you were at the Airport when you 1st got there . Love your Graphics to on your T shirts . I graduate from Graphic Communications . Silk screening is Cool too 😅

This is a loophole project so laws say nothing about the power source being attached to you ! 😂 No license no registration no insurance needed 100% efficiency
This is some of the craziest shit I’ve seen on utube! If you try the launch off a bike at least the only possible “sacrifice” will be a cheap ass Walmart bicycle 😆
I was just about to ask to see you launch the paramotor while on the bike when you mentioned it. Hell yeah I wana see it. I'm imagining a custom bike with a paramotor mount so you can fly long distances and then use the bike for the final commute.
I’ve converted a vintage bike into a motorbike with a understanding that 60 miles per hour on skinny wheels is a calling card for speed wobbles. So I recommend wider tires if you wanna stay stable
