This is a really amazing meditation video. Usually with manifestation I forget who I am and what I've gone through, and all I've done. The section about being me and letting myself be me and how grateful I should be to be me has me crying. Here is appreciation for me, I dont care how it sounds coming from myself. I've worked really hard in school. So hard. High school and college. I do really well, and I never give up even if it all feels like too much. I may lack in other areas, especially when it comes to taking care of myself or the immediate world around me that I'm responsible for, which I absolutely need to work on and I can't pretend I'm not accountable for, but I'm so lucky. I have a good family and nice, beautiful friends. Inside and out. I was made into a smart young woman by my parents, and I'm lucky to look the way I do. Even if i don't think I'm anything special, I could've been born especially different than everyone else, which people aren't accepting of. I'm lucky. And I've earned everything I've gotten socially and academically. All these grades and awards and friends. Even with the huge mistakes I've made. Everyone does. It's okay to make mistakes. I just have to learn from them. Making the same mistake twice is what is really important to avoid. I live in a beautiful world with some amazing people. I try to be good, and I do okay. Obviously, there is so much room for improvement, which I will start focusing on more from this point forward, but man. I am lucky. I was born with looks that fit in and a curious mind. I was taught to work hard and persevere. I'm so glad I figured out who I was so early. I'm a little hard around the edges and soft in the middle. I'm smart and curious and kind of a mess. And I should never be unhappy with that, I'm really proud of myself. College at 14. Cheered at Disney. Leadership programs and sororities and all the things I've done and can't remember anymore. Thank you, me. For trying. Even after all the crazy stuff that happened and taking a few weeks of just lying in bed, I still got up. I can't thank me enough for trying to try. Anyway, I'm crying again. I love you all. Especially you, creator of the video. You are all so beautiful and strong. Mistakes are inevitable. Just remember to learn from them. Be proud of your achievements, and be proud to be different. Whether you're loud or quiet, tall or short, messy or clean. You're the best parts of everyone experience from your life strung together. A library of books, borrowed from your favorite people and places and things. Your dad's favorite band, your moms pretty eyes. Your best friends laugh, your dogs sigh. Your favorite movie, your favorite subjects. Be proud of all you've done, and remember that you're the best parts of everything you've ever loved.

Am I the only one who got an ad at 6 mins in? I follow Great meditation, and have used the guided meditations for over three years bc I knew I wouldn't be thrown into an ad in the middle of it. This was the hardest meditation I have ever done. I am facing some difficulties right now and I know I need to move forward but I can't seem to let my insecurities go or my negative mindset, I have BPD and it's really impacting on my relationship. I was wondering if you could please do a meditation for Borderline Personality Disorder (fear of abandonment, insecurity, unstable sense of self etc), I'm going to come back to this meditation on a better day and give it another go, thanks Edit: I did the Take Control of Your Life meditation and then came back here, my desire is to let me be free and not to keep her chained up, it was really great thank you
