Workflow:
1. Design 3D STL Model with 3 holes at the bottom
2. 3D Print Model
3. Thermoform using specific fixture (Ministar, Biostar compatible)
4. Print QR Code and attach
5. Put up to 18 aligners inside a loader
6. Press Start
Software workflow:
1. Create Trim line (PTS file)
Compatible: 3Shape, Maestro 3D Version 6, Rhino 7, C4W, Nemocast
2. Create NC file using Go2CAM software (Included in a Machine package)
3. Transfer NC files to Machine Embedded PC

THIS IS GREAT, but it looks like the cuts are a bit...rough. Can the cuts be smoothed? Possibly with a finer bit. Or if not, do you have the same machine but with a laser tip instead of milling like dentalaxess? Not to belittle your great machine in any way. You can clearly store several at a time which the dentalaxess machine cannot do. But their laser system allows for (according to them) perfect cuts that need no more sanding or refining.

Hello Dan Z, thanks for feedback. Cuts quality also depends on thermoforming sheet, how many layers and thickness. For example, Duran sheets with 0.75 mm is very smooth. Sample in the video has other brand sheet. Some sheets produce a bit rough, good sheets have smooth cuts. Generally very small finishing is needed to make it smooth. Our company does not produce laser cutting machines, we have only milling machines.
