Yeah, food of any kind is a no-no while wearing Invisalign. I went through that torture for over 2 years as my teeth were being straightened. Tore up the inside of my cheeks, but I remained a ‘trooper’. My dentist wanted to continue beyond three (YES - 3 years of adjustments), and I said no, my smile is fine, my previously crowded and overlapped teeth are fine. Wore the ‘retainer/mouth guard’ every night for an additional 5 years; however, my lower teeth continued to be loose and wiggly whenever I removed the retainer in the morning, as noted every visit to the dental hygienist. My new dentist (I moved 1,800 miles away) wanted to perform additional ‘procedures’ to solve the problem. Nope. I stopped wearing the retainer, my teeth no longer wiggled and became stronger in my lower jaw. I’ve had a little bit of drift in my teeth over the past 5 years now, but it’s better than having a front tooth drop out.
But the arugula was so good it was worth it! And why is arugula better in Italy. Is it an illusion that it it better. Maybe I need to go back and try it with my invisalign in😎
Same thing happened to me. Except I didn’t go back. I wish I would have just got clear braces plastic. It would have been better for me and now I have my uneven teeth🥺
Her teeth are fine. I think the tiny bit of imperfection is more real and authentic, kind of like talking about falling off the wagon on the teeth straightening.
