It is more than 1 insurrectionist on the SC. For an authoritarian coup to succeed you need 5 things: a takeover of a major political party ✓, Massive donors ✓, A big slice of the media spouting propaganda ✓, irregular militia(s) ✓, complicity in the Judiciary ✓. All five marks check, it doesn't look good. It can only be avoided by a massive, absolutely crushing, defeat of MAGA in November, don't vote 3rd party or abstain, vote blue, even if you are in a 'red' state. I think in a 2-party system you absolutely need a respectable conservative party, but the MAGAs are not respectable and not conservative, they're fascists. The only way a respectable conservative party can be reconstituted is if it rises like a Phoenix from the ashes of the MAGA-GOP.

I can assure you that if the U.S. ever reached a stage of universal healthcare, this Supreme Court would rule it unconstitutional. Elections have consequences. Trump's victory in 2016 was a death sentence. I told people that then and they scoffed. Not as many are scoffing today.

It's very simple. Alito doesn't believe in the rule of law or court decisions. There were over sixty cases brought to contest the vote and all failed. All of them. So alito is saying he doesn't respect the rule of law.

Almost all were dismissed based on standing or laches, not based on evidence. The lower-court judges didn't want to get involved in the third rail of the judicial system. There was evidence, but it wasn't looked at. And more evidence has emerged since.

The courts deal with FACTS and REALITIES, not such Fox and MAGA-generated baseless self-serving political allegations such as "and more evidence has emerged since". Remember after drinking all the Fox and Trump mixed punch, the mass suicides follow. They've already started with Fox's admissions and record Dominion settlement admitting their stolen election lies and T Carlson's firing, Trumps' and Guiliani's multiple criminal indictments, etc. as your fate won't change if you continue your current insane emotional conduct.

It actually says they "shall retain their offices under good behavior" which is a potential lifetime appointment, but I don't think it was intended that Justices should take bribes and still retain their offices because that isn't good behavior under rule of law.

Calling out other Judges will do nothing at all, it's not as if they can be shamed, they don't care, they need to 'work' with what they've got, try and influence them. He actually gets to just say, "No, I'm not going to do the right thing because I have a more important agenda and no one can stop me." Why should any American obey any law upheld by the SCOTUS if the SCOTUS itself doesn't obey any law they don't like?

Apparently the flag is an issue of vandalism. There have been local news reports of vandalism occurring within this neighborhood in the past several weeks. Obviously the flag was placed upside down by troublemakers. This is a large American flag. That was hanging on a flagpole that was turned upside down. We are on the wrong side of this.

This doesn't surprise anyone about JUDGE ALITO (or Thomas)! ACCOUNTABILITY WILL COME once the DEMOCRATS have the White House, the Senate, and the House. Also NEW LAWS need to to be passed to HOLD ANY JUDGE (no matter what court) FULLY ACCOUNTABLE under the LAWS that MADE THEM! And a Supreme Judge can be recuse for BIAS by a lower court.
