Ingredients : 380g Corn Flour
120g White Flour
120g Semolina
400ml Milk
500g Greek Yogurt
200g Sugar
5 Eggs
150ml Sunflower Oil
Lemon zest from 1 Lemon
1tsp Baking Powder
1tbsp Sugar Powder ( for dusting )
2tsp Vanilla Extract

Add corn flour in a bowl, white flour , semolina, baking powder and mix really well with a spatula . Place the bowl to one side and pick up a deep bowl in which you need to add yoghurt, sugar, 5 eggs, lemon zest, milk , oil and 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract .
Mix everything for 1-2 minutes , then add in the dry mixture , and mix for another 1-2 minutes .
Pour the mixture into rectangular tray ( 35/25cm ) and bake at 180degreesC for 50-55 minutes .Once the cake is fully baked , take it out of the oven and let it cool down completely, then powder it with powdered sugar , portion it and serve . Enjoy !
