We recently had the honour of interviewing Aljona Savchenko.
Aljona Savchenko is a Ukrainian-born German pair skater. One of the most decorated pair skaters, she is the 2018 Olympic Champion and two-time Olympic bronze medalist, a six-time World Champion and a five-time Grand Prix Final champion.
We`re incredibly grateful that she`s a part of #TeamWilson.

Aljona's and Liam's little daughter was born Sept 9, 2019 in Oberstdorf, her Name is Amilia. Bruno's and Sophie's son is a little older. Wonder if the little ones will ever scate together, as kids maybe...

Aljona simply loves skating. When she's on ice you can see it from the first moment. Funny to hear her english speaking with a german accent.

it’s actually more of a ukrainian accent since she was born in ukraine and her german also has an ukrainian accent

She is such an inspiration! Great interview and beautiful background. Hopefully she stays in Oberstdorf and will coach many young German skaters towards a great career. German skating really needs her knowledge and ambition.
