I live in California and I have to say I definitely do not think it is the best state for roller coasters. In the way this list was made, you just judged the coaster collection of each stats, but of course there are other factors that go into it. Firstly, California is huge. If you live in central California there is no coaster park for about a 4-6 hour drive (3 major parks in the south, 2 in the north). Also, If you want to travel to an out of state park to get more credits in, driving is pretty much not an option. The closest park is Lagoon in Utah, which is a 9-14 hour drive depending on where you live. After that park, the closest is Texas, which is going to be a 28-20 hour drive depending on where you live. So unless you want to fly, your pretty much stuck with California parks. And again, like it was said in this video. California has the quantity not the quality, but since the parks are so spread out, and out of state parks are VERY spread out, i would argue California has bad quantity. Combined with the fact that the quality is also not the best, I would say California the 4rth or 3rd best state to live in for roller coasters.

4:12 Washington State at #25 is way too high I'm afraid! Timberhawk Ride of Prey is horrendously rough, and a very short layout, the curves of the track are a series of straight pieces of timber connected in a row so unfortunately the corkscrew roller coaster defaults to being the best in the state.
