*Astd when it comes to balancing* -is that a 6 star that sucks and isn't viable for the meta? -lemme give it some random buff that out damages some 7 star units -is that a 7 star that no one uses due to it not being viable for the meta? -let's leave it in the dirt and nerf everything that surrounds the character being slightly decent and oh, make awakening it intentionally suffering and make some random 6 star be better than it in every way possible

Nah stars don't matter since stars are how rare it is on the day it was out or hard to get thats why 6 stars are better because stars are pointless, the importance is that stars does not mean a good tower it is how you say you got lucky or grinded super hard.

@@realmadduck2464 His point is rarity does not equate to overall viability. It's common game design just like from the AAA games like Elden Ring, or even the majority of the mainstream PvP games. more work = rarer units ≠ stronger units Though I do agree that some units really need a buff.

This is why I’ve been suggesting on discord that all units should be equally broken/op so that way everybody would be encouraged to use every unit possible compared to the “Nerf this bc it was meta in tourney mode but let’s buff this unit and also allow it for tourney mode” (it’s literally a cycle they’re repeating that they think they’ll be able to break)
