So, the reason the Den-O portion was so...goofy, to say the least, is that Den-O leans more into comedy than other series. The, "Ore Sanjou!," and, "Kotaewa Kiite Nai," cards, for example, are literally just cards that make Decade perform the catchphrase of the two forms you saw them alongside. (Sword Form and Gun Form) As for Decade's power level, he's the second most powerful Rider out there, with Zi-O being the strongest - more specifically, Ohma Zi-O, who possesses the powers of every Kamen Rider up to the year 2068, but also some broken abilities of his own like resetting time in such a way that prevents the powers of Ohma Zi-O from existing in the first place.

Decade was my first, and my favorite Rider. I'd known of the franchise for years, but when I saw one that basically travelled between Rider worlds, I figured it'd be a good way to get a taste of what each Rider had to offer. I think I went back and watched around 5 of the previous Riders afterwards.

Decade are kinda like Rouge from X-Men only the difference is that he gain other Rider powers by traveling to their world, yes he can travel worlds just like Watcher from marvel What if. Another thing the black and gold Zio or more famously known as Oma Zio the king of time and space has been officially know as the STRONGEST rider ever. You maybe have not watch the series but Oma Zio are so powerful that he could the only rider that capable to go toe to toe with Thanos & Scarlet Witch.

Oma zi-o form level is the god level but decade is so much experience and skill..he can travel dimension or time travel..but he is the 2nd strongest rider bro first is oma zi-o

The reason all the Riders (and Shinkenger) attacked Decade (and the reason he prefers to work with the Neo-Hesei Riders as they didn't) is that they were lead to believe that he would bring destruction to their worlds.

It’s interesting how Decade and Zi-O both have powers of all riders and power of each other except Decade can only summon one copy of rider for finisher while Oma Zi-O can summon as many as he want which put him above Decade in term of power.

this guy red is gokai red form gokaiger and transform geki red form gekiranger 31th super sentai and gokaiger is the best sentai much transformation of super sentai and all super form of past rangers and mecha sentai and gokai cross form ten gokaiger 10 year later

his power basically to use other rider power and he can used them however he wants

most broken is zi-o also the super sentai equivalent to this would be gokaiger so you might like cheking all gokai changes

he is the destroyer of worlds, in series while debatable he is second most powerful rider who can travel through dimension, while the strongest is ZIO who is a Overlord/Demon King that in fullest power could destroy and reshape timeline.

Attack him before he transform. This is the only way to win.

Tsukasa Kadoya is my favourite Rider of all because was my first KR series. Decade was the number one in power until Zi-O came out. As the 10 anniversary series in the Heisei Era, he was created as a Rider who could travel along all the other Riders Worlds (Showa Riders and Super Sentai Worlds included) and meet them while he was searching for his own world. But to all the other Riders, he is "The Destroyer of Worlds", a dangerous being who threatens all the existence (that's why in some scenes he is fighting other main Riders). And he becomes even stronger in Zi-O because he adquires the abilities of the Riders following him. The reason Zi-O (the 20 anniversary Rider and last Heisei Rider) is stronger is because he doesn't need to use cards or other objects to access those powers and he has ALL the Heisei Riders powers within him. Main Riders, Secondary, Tertiary, Villain Riders...All of them.
