Wouldn’t it be fantastic if Dr. Newson was able to open clinics in other countries and trained the practitioner so all women who want it had access to her knowledge.

Exactly! I'm starting the "journey" to find someone to help me get started in Canada. And I'm sure there may be some who are great. However I am so worried no one understands and has the knowledge like she does! I want to go see her!!!

@@thatrealambergirl I’m also in Canada. Do a search on the North American Menopause Society website for a menopause trained practitioner in your area. The cost is out of pocket but so worth it.

The problem with following and listening to you is that I don't trust anyone else now! I don't know where to start, who to listen too. I feel like no one understands it like you do! So now I'm in a hunt to find someone who can help me with my very extreme peri, in Toronto. I don't feel like I'm finding anyone! 😭

ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-CgGGNWQDQ2Y.htmlsi=IFqyRUa2VxSoIzwG I heard your symptoms talked about in this video. Never mind the title - it’s totally misleading. The doctor is very knowledgeable about histamine intolerance and menopause, how symptoms can overlap and also get triggered by HRT. But it sounded like it can be prevented with the correct individualization of treatment!

I’ve recently started HRT at the age of 67. Was so happy until I started bleeding. Haven’t a period in years! I am in body identical taking micronised progesterone and oestrodial gel. My GP has just changed me to a synthetic progesterone to stop the bleeding. I am now so worried as I keep reading about the link with this and breast cancer. Don’t know what to do…

Personally I don’t agree with a lot of what Barbara Taylor offers. She no longer practices and IMO she doesn’t seem to keep up with research and the advancement of new information. I’ve read that her videos were made several years ago and uploaded later.

I don't know what to doni had my mireena removed 2 ks ago, I'm 55 I'm on ostragel and on utragestran peasary 200mg I was taking this before the coil removal ,as my coil was misplaced 😢 Noonevtold me I would have the mireena CRASH 😮 I thought the coil wasn't working😮 That why they told me to top up with utragestran! Orally didn't agree! As I've got an progesterone intolerance, always suffered from heavy periods and I was always on the combined pill to control this! I've been to the Dr 3 Times since after the surgery, gave me 2 different kinds of antibiotics and tabkets control bleeding and pain! Dr told me to try progesterone utragestran orally agsin to control bleeding , unfortunately it gives me bad pms! All my bleeding coming back and nitesweats and uti, aches and pains and sleep anxiety 😢😢 ❤

Thankyou for all the amazing work you do. Everything you publish has really helped me self educate so I can have informed conversations with my GP that demonstrates the personal ownership I am taking for my own body and mind. Doing this is now leading to much better outcomes with my GP. That said changing GP practices made a huge difference too. First one wasn't interested and fell very short of good help. So much pressure could be alleviated on the NHS by elevating great HRT assessment and prescription.
