your reading journal is so pretty!!! i love watching you make spreads in your vlogs so this video is right up my alley 😍😍 will be adding these spreads to my own!!
It’s finally here!!! Your journal is what I aspire to be in life and I’d love for more journaling content 👀 honestly the stars you always put is what does it for me, it feels super magical and combined with the markers… yessssss 🤌🤌🤌
you’re literally too kind, as always😭😩 THANK YOU💖 also the stars really stemmed from my inability to leave blank space on a spread but now i can’t stop adding them hahaha!!
Katie, this is the first video of yours I have seen, but now I am going to subscribe! These spreads were gorgeous and so totally doable for recreation even for someone with zero art talent i.e. me. Definitely going to save this video because that Aristocats theme and the Studio Ghibli theme are definitely inspiring me for future reading journals since this is my first year using one. Can't wait to view more of your content!
Omg finally a reading journal video🤩 I've been waiting for this video, I really want to start a reading journal but I don't know where to start😭 btw I really love ur journal tho❤️❤️❤️
katie i freaking loved this video!!! your journal is so satisfying but also so crafty and just you!!! definitely would love to see more journaling content from you 🖤🖤
Your reading journal is awesome, all of your spreads are so well though out! I started doing something similar this year with creating a digital spread for each book I have read as I enjoy graphic design! It’s such a fun way to track the books I’ve read with quotes and pictures. I can’t wait to look back on all of them at the end of the year!
thank you!! also i never considered digital journal but that sounds so cool!! i love looking back on my journal for the year it’s like the main reason i do it!!
I love your reading journal it's soooo prettyyy!!!!! I once started one but I kinda forgot about it because I didn't know what spreads to do :( But this gave me a lot of inspiration so I will try journaling again since I actually liked it when I did it haha. I love watching your videos they make me so happy. Can't wait for next weeks video and also I'm very curious about that Dracula spread....
@@katieisreading can't wait to see it, and yes you did. I may have to wait till next year though because I don't think that they will fit in my monthly spreads
currently, i have a reading log on goodnotes (ipad) which is nice, but i feel like i don't make the most of it. i think for the new year, i'll start a physical reading journal.
Wow you only had 5k subscribers 6 months ago? Good job. I can’t remember who talked about you but I found you from another bookyoutuber. Love your videos.
Wowww I love this!!! I tried maintaining a reading journal but printing out the covers became difficult and I stopped. I'm going to skip that and try again but simpler this time!
Your bullet journal is beautiful, and I’d love to see more content about it! I’ve been wanting to film a bullet journal video, but I’ve been struggling to figure out how to put the camera above it to film. If you don’t mind sharing, how did you film this?
thank you i really hope to film more soon!! and to film this i put my tripod on its tallest setting and kind of leaned it forward so i could get a perfectly over headshot (be careful though because the tripod could tip forwards and fall on you!!) it's kind of precarious not going to lie but it works for now!
Omg I love and you’ve definitely inspired me to spice up my reading journal bc mine is so … boring lmao you might’ve mentioned it but how do you get the tiny book print outs to be so nice 😭 do you use a mini printer?
it's hard honestly, i go through phases of wanting to journal constantly and not wanting to at all, watching other people's journaling videos definitely motivates me to do more spreads though!
I was a bit late to this video but I love your reading journal! Seeing you make/fill them in in your videos always makes me want to make my own but im not very creative lol. Also the journal cover is stunning :)
okay so dracula is written in letters from a period of may 3rd to november 7th, and daily dracula is an email subscription service that sends you that days entry everyday during that period… if that makes sense, and because im extra and like the accomplishment i feel from filling in boxes i made a whole spread so i could tick the boxes once i read that days entry hahah
ooh okay, so dracula is written in letters over a period of may to november, and i have a box for each day that there is a letter for so i can read the letters in "real time" essentially and then mark them off on my spread when i am done
