Reminds me of my husband, whenever I got home from the hospital after giving birth, I would wake up smelling bacon, nagluto na pala ng breakfast coming home from his night shift duty. He wanted me to get more sleep knowing our baby kept me awake at night. He's the kind of husband who's very loving, thoughtful, considerate and shared the household chores and taking care of our children. Miss him so much cuz he's no longer with us. ❤😔

Yes nothing beats the smell of garlic, onion and ginger together. This is my favorite part of cooking. Filipinos always saute garlic and onion in almost every type of typical filipino dishes and with ginger depends on the dish like tinola.

September 29, 2020 Tuesday How is the newest Daddy nowadays? Is it tiring? But I know that you are the happiest Gweryong with Egyong and Erica😄❤️💖💝 YES... YES ... it is OK to use dried malunggay! I had these batch of foreigner nun (religious) classmates in Philippine college, they used to harvest boxes of malunggay leaves from my backyard, removed them from the stalks, then dried them under the airy shade. Afterwards they sent the dried leaves to their convent in Italy coz they said they do not have malunggay trees in their country that time. Oh, please put more malunggay leaves in the tinola, Erica needs so much the minerals coming from the leaves. Also, You have to put more water for the soup po, kc yun sabaw ang kailangan ni Erica.😅 ... Lola Ganda
