Also notice how even the busiest areas aren't all that loud in the first place. There is no need to scream. Notice how his jokes and fooling around aren't at the expense of other peoples' experience or day-to-day lives. Notice how respectful he is towards all of the character actors and costumed peeps. Notice how respectful he is towards complete strangers who are cosplaying or showing off their love for something. He doesn't secretly make fun of them or make jokes at their expense (which they may or may not be aware of).
