@@apexwheels that would be ideal. Lots of us run forged hubs and Hoosier A7/R7 in the 275-295 range and need an off the shelf wheel option that can take some abuse as well as be lightweight. Other off the shelf options are too heavy and not optimized like the RS series wheels.
@APEXwheels completely agree on this need. I would love a 15x12 for my NA Miata running 275 Hoosiers front and rear. Wheels really are super limited in 15’s when you go that wide on the Miata’s…
Damn these look great and the price is appealing too for a forged wheel. If I didn't just buy my WedsSport TC105X wheels last year, I would be picking these up for my 2019 STI.
I just saw the website! How much does the wheel for the sti weigh? I’m looking at the 18x9x5 +40. Also is +40 a bit aggressive? My current setup is 245/35/19. Wheel size is 19x8.5. My new set up with the 10RS would be 265/35/18. Wheel size would be 18x9.5 +40. The new wheel will have an inner wheel 2.3mm further away from the suspension strut and the outer rim will poke about 27.7mm more than my OEM setup. Would this impact handling or compromise anything? Thanks in advance!
Hi Kunal, the 18x9.5" ET40 VS-5RS weighs in at 18.3lbs. That offset is actually 2mm less aggressive than our old Flow formed EC-7 fitment that we designed for these cars. With a 255/35-18 or a 265/35-18 this fitment is a direct fit in most cases. The only instance where you might see an issue if when running especially wide 200Tw track compound tires in the 265 or larger width. Here's a link to our old fitment guide which touches on the EC-7 model: support.apexraceparts.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260801720549-VA-WRX-WRX-STI-Wheel-Tire-Fitment-Guide If you have any other questions, please send in an email to expert@apexraceparts.com
Gloss Black in the SM-10RS, Please. 2016 GT350R 19x11 ET52 19x12 ET57 If they will not be available, should the set be ordered is the aluminum finish so I can have them powder coated ? Thank you.
The front wheels are currently in stock in black, but the rears are backordered with an ETA of about 90 days. It's your prerogative to paint them, but be advised that could void the finish warranty since we can't guarantee the workmanship. bit.ly/4bskNo3 We have some other wheel options fully in stock if you're open to them, you can click around the wheel configurator to see.
Our knurling can sometimes require more effort to get tires mounted properly, but we feel the benefits are worthwhile. If you or anyone experiences issues, we are happy to assist them directly! You can reach us at support@apexraceparts.com !
Curious on your guys 17x9.5 sm10rs concave for the s2000.. i’m highly interested but read in the description “17x9.5" ET51 Concave offers improved concavity in exchange for only clearing stock brakes.” Is this only true to stock s2000 brakes or what aftermarket possible BBK applications can I actually fit on this spec? i would love to be able to fit a BBK and highly love this wheel over the wedsports tc105n/x!
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately we do not offer a chrome finish at this time, but I will forward your interest along to the team. Our closest option would be the Brushed Clear color which you can find examples of in our gallery linked below: apexwheels.com/gallery#finish%3DBrushed%2520Clear%26make%3DChevrolet%26model%3DCorvette You can also checkout our C7 wide-body fitment guide here: support.apexraceparts.com/hc/en-us/articles/360053639634-C7-Widebody-Corvette-Wheel-Tire-Fitment-Guide Let me know if you have any questions!

Unfortunately none of our wheels carry a high enough load rating for use on larger SUV models. With that said, we have considered entering the light truck and SUV markets for quite some time. If you're interested in helping us track interest, please send in an email with what you'd like to see offered along with your full name to support@apexraceparts.com
Sorry about that! We do have to make an effort to keep the total number of unique SKUs low enough to effectively manage. Depending on demand and sales, we may add that finish at some point in the future, but we have no plans right now.
Hi Michael, thank you for reaching out! We still don't have a concrete ETA as this project was put aside for a few months, however it will be getting back on track very soon. We'll do our best to keep everyone updated, but if you would like a notification the moment they're available for preorder, please send in an email with your full name and year/model of alfa so that we can add you to our lead list. Thank you for your continued patience on this front!
Looking for 15x9 Miata fitments still. Theres only one or two good wheel options in that fitment, and there's a lot of track miata people that would definitely buy a good wheel in that size.
Appreciate the interest! If you haven't already, please send in an email to support@apexraceparts.com with your name, email, and the specs you'd like to see offered. Please also mention what generation of miata you'd like wheels for so that we can add you to our lead list.
Appreciate the interest! If you wouldn’t mind, please send an email to expert@apexwheels.com with details on the model and fitment you’d like to see offered in the future. Please include any details about your vehicle that you think would be helpful to mention along with your full name and email address, so that I can add you to our customer lead list to better track demand!
Is Apex willing to collaborate on a Tesla Model Y with fitment of 19x10.5 offset 33? I have partner with Unplugged Performance for all their aero & suspension mods and looking for the SM 10RS in motorsport gold to compliment the project. Thoughts?
Hi Jose, thanks for reaching out! For all partnership requests, you can get in touch with our marketing team via email at influencers@apexracepart.com. Please send in your proposal whenever is convenient and our man Joe Hobbs will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Sorry for the slow reply here! Making an 18" forged VW fitment is high on our to do list. We will for sure have a 9" width, but I can't say for sure about an 8.5". Please be sure to keep in touch for updates and feel free to reach out anytime on this project!
@@apexwheels no worries! I appreciate it! If you have the 9in inch width would it still fit without rubbing on front fender without having the fender screw mod or camber adjustment?
