Hi I reached out to my company I left in 2014 . They provided me a jd which is not that workable I think . So I spoke to my x colleague unfortunately who left the company . Actually i have received LAA at that time NOC was 4031 but we didn’t knew that B.Ed degree is necessary for that now we are going to change are NOC to 4214 we have all supportive documents. We are going to explain this in LOE. My only question is. Is it possible to change NOC after LAA?

Dear Kubeir, I have a few concerns regarding getting the Reference Letter for my previous experience as I have already spoken to the respective HR and they have refused but have not shared the same over phone. In my current company, I have worked for more than 3 years is giving me the required score of 460 points. So please guide how should I proceed further. Option 1) If I only declare my Current experience of 3 years since I can arrange the experience certificate. BUT WOULD IT AFFECT MY JOB SEARCH IN CANADA AS RECRUITERS MIGHT REFUSE TO CONSIDER MY PAST EXPERIENCE. Option 2) I share an affidavit on a stamp paper for all 3 jobs. However, my immediate supervisor would give me the letter. Since last year 2020 during pandemic up to present I manage our small family business and it's a single proprietor under my brother's name. The line of business is export. Can I use this to claim for my NOC as a proof of experience? 2.) For some of my past employments from different companies, they only provide me a certificate of employment stating my position, salary, period of work experience but not stated my duties and responsibilities. I tried to email my ex companies to request for work experience but no reply. Can I support my email that I really sent email to them but I never get any response? I have one doubt regarding reference letter, I got my reference from my previous company but I found that there no gap between few words. Example- "she has been employedat at our organization asa" , "her primaryroles were" . You can there is no space between few words. Would it make any problem? I am really worried about it. Hi Kubeir I have served in multiple hospitals of army as a RN but I got experience certificate, reference letters and salary slip centrally for overall experience from headquarter. So in work history should I mention each and every hospital separately or can I write overall service together since I have same things to upload for all the hospitals. On my letter, And my first duty says i was assisting supervisor to supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of other staff. Does it count for express entry under CEC. Please help

Sir, question about work experience period I am doing temporary Full time NoC B position and planing for express entry CIC My concern is I have 2 contract job offers same position as I’m not permanent employee in company 1st contract - 22 January, 2019 to July 19, 2019 2nd contract - 22 July, 2019 to 17 January, 2020 When I mention these start date and end date on reference letter it will not make a year ( few days short and not continuous) But I’m working full time 37.5 with 18% lieu of benefits Will that experience period be a problem or should i highlight this point on LOE ? Today I noticed that I did mistake while filing details of my spouse(secondary applicant) about his job details. I mentioned the year of joining as 2016. In actual it is 2015.
