Yes. Just the one engine. More efficient, lower running costs faster onto the plane and masses of space.

2005 build year, this this is one of the first of the new S29's with the D Engine. The older S28's had KADs.

Hi, She's 2005. I think they built around 150 29's with around 20 of them were S29s, the rest SC29s. Thanks for watching.

Hi great video and lovely boat, what engine does she have?, I’ve been looking at SC29 but they all seem to have twin D3s which I’ve heard aren’t that reliable.

@@davidwilson4671 I was keener on the S29 as the superstructure of the SC does block your vision a bit . Also the D4 is a much better engine, with a better torque curve and they are stopping making the D3 soon. This one is a single D4 260hp which logically has half the running cost of twins and impressive fuel burn, for a boat anyway, plus great service access . Anything else let me know .

Yes it is, the SC has a larger one part screen that sits higher. Other than that and the hard top, I think the are pretty much identical.
