Paulie's advice was correct from start to end. What did Bonehead do? Grin like he didn't give a shit. He may be 4 time world champion but he'll end up in a dumpster by age 50. As he said, the only person that can bet me is me. Guess what? He will.

Broner is the type of guy that hopes he comes back to the top so that he can act like how did before but just works harder so that he doesn't slip back down. Mark my words, if he comes back to the top he'll be the same old Broner we knew...if that is what humble is in America then lol
@TEEN1DOL

+Glover dragon It didn't take that long for him to go back to old ways. He was brash and cocky and the weigh in for this fight, during, and after. He was definitely humble in this video, however. The Broner i n this video is far more likeable - it's just too bad it didn't last.

There were three particular moments that stood out to me. The first was at the very beginning when he spoke hypothetically ,wondering if he was still undefeated. The look in his eyes said it all. The second is obviously when Paulie gave him some real game. And the final one is after he won and he embraced his mother. Beautiful stuff.

He has a high boxing IQ. It's just his workrate/output is poor.
@ajp135212
@ajp135212 8 лет назад
kickerse13 Not really he gets lost when you pressure him, and once in a hole i dont see any adjustments or any changes. He folds under pressure. A guy like floyd has a high IQ he disarms his opponents and remains under control thru 12 rounds because he makes adjustments exploits flaws and adapts. Broner does not. His work rate being poor is all part of Boxing IQ because a smart fighter knows when to turn it up and knows when his game isnt working and adapts.

It's not about belts, it's about who you beat. Titles aren't worth much when you take them from Paulie Malignaggi (narrowly) and a ring rusted Allakhverdiev. Congratulations on keeping strong, probably a pressure few of us could ever understand. I wanna see this guy succeed at an A list level, because non of them are as exciting in or out of the ring. But I don't see that happening when he's fighting fighters below the 20th rank to become "on top". It goes a lot higher than that.

high five to Al Haymon, he always knows where to find the best cab drivers and belts in dumpsters to give to his fighters. 3 of those titles were against cab drivers and that's the truth..

no. the key to beat him is his own lack of focus. he could have ruined maidana if he was 100% focused

+Ife Ade Lets be honest, maidana gave floyd one of the toughest nights of his life. If floyd had to struggle to beat maidana (not saying shit about mayweather, im just saying maidana gave him a tough fight), then do you honestly think that broner would have ruined him? Maidana ran over him and exposed him.

It was a good fight. Allakhverdiev has a serious chin, and I gained a lot of respect for him. Broner showed that super LW is where he should stay. He's just not big enough for WW, even though that's where the big money fights are. There's no doubt Broner is very talented. His ego is abrasive and annoying at times, but when he puts on good performances like this - that's all that matters. It was nice to see him and Paulie embrace.
