@@Sorted906 cuz i know how sponsorship works in brazil. It actualy isnt life changing, in the long run. he can make FAR more with his marketing and brand building as an athlete. He intends to go into mma - just imagine how much more impactfull that would be if he joins the UFC as "adcc champion".

At his Dad's (Melqui Galvao) Academy, they offer English Language Classes to the kids that train. You can tell his dad made it a point for his son to not only be fluent but have the ability to express himself well, because I never even heard his Dad do an interview in English, just Portuguese. He is a smart man.

And I think that your portuguese must be horrible, right? So don't talk about how brazilians talk in english if you just don't speak other languages besides english.

Comparações não são justas, mas posso te dizer com muita propriedade que o garoto Mica é a primeiro brasileiro após a era Senna, que eu admiro, torço e acompanho de perto. Pratico JJ como hobby a 10 anos, e acompanho ele desde que tinha 14 anos. Caráter é forjado, campeões são feito de talento, suor e treino. Espero que ele conquiste tudo aquilo que ele almeje. Sou um fã do trabalho, esforço, talento e resiliência desse garoto. E não se esqueça, atras dele, tem o pai. Frutas, não caem longe da arvore.
