It's obvious they save the manga head art work for the most special of sets since it's the most popular type. Also, for the 4 emperors, it literally was the only style they could've used. Anything other than the images they chose would've gotten people rioting! Lol it ALWAYS had to be those exact panels!
Lately, prices have been very reasonable. I highly doubt it'll be more than $80-$100, which is slightly expensive if you're trying to collect all of the AA leaders, but is about on par for good, playable leaders.
I'm set to buy both. There's hoarders here that buys 2 cases per person and I am luck I got a seller that will give me 1 box each, once those are released. P.S. Sanji and Luffy leader cards are the targets.
It depends on if you're a new player or not. If you are, PRB01 would probably be better for you but if you're already a player with a decent collection then OP09 will be WAY better!
@@kamikaze.33 yeah , for me as a collector, prb will be fun , but the hits will be easy and the cards will be cheap, 09 will have the heavy hitters that i like to collect, depends what your looking for really.,
Serious lack of Navy leaders! We have just 6 different marines that have become leaders: Garp, Zephyr (but he's film), Smoker, Issho, Sakazuki, and Rosinante. Where are the other Admirals, Sengoku, Sword members! Current story Kuzan would be pretty dope
