This show KICKS ASS!!! Very impressed with how genuine, clean and mature your videos are Greg! Keep up the great content and gorgeous background! 👍👍👍THUMBS UP FOR ME!😁
I really dig this new more natural and "whatever" approach to the personality you choose to share with the audience Greg. Kudos for that and the burger, as usual.
As a kid when I went to the cattle auctions there was a place you could buy burgers. That was the burgers they made. Such amazing burgers and memories. So not just American style, but rural Canada as well.
Greg, i just got an idea! How about you make does epic burgers for us? You freeze dry them and ship them all over the world, I'd pay 20 bucks for one of those! (delivery already included tho ;D)
Lovin the t-shirt Greg. Blackstone burgers are always epic, and this was a great one. If you were doing a bunch of burgers, that little wheel would be awesome. VERY EPIC BURGER!
I used to eat lunch at a little country store in Johns, Ms. named Martins. This burger was made on request you had to ask for a Bob's burger. They grilled the onions and caramelize them a little more than you did. We also had our choice of condiments at the table, mine was ketchup and mustard most days.
That's my kinda burger right there Greg! I bought one of those Cuisinart butter wheels a year ago and still haven't used it. Good idea to just cover it and pop it back in the fridge. I think I'm gonna be stopping for a burger today on my way into work, after watching this! Cheers!
You all prolly dont give a shit but does someone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost the login password. I appreciate any assistance you can offer me
@Bjorn Douglas i really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and im trying it out atm. Takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Yes...it's beautiful to us too! Nice burger. Also very familiar with the iconic Bob's Big Boy in Burbank. One of our guys used to chow with Elvis Presley's cousin and had great conversations about the king and the business. The car shows were the best.
Hey Greg i love your channels mate. Keep coming back years later to enjoy the content and inspire myself to whip up some tasty burgers. Keep it coming!
Love your videos mate, they keep me craving and enjoying cooking food! Only thing I'd say is that I'm from the uk and I've seen you say at least 3 times "for you uk guys wooster sauce" honestly bud you were right the first time 😄Worcestershire, you are pronouncing it correctly I dont know anyone who says it how you think we say it haha 👍
U.S.A. U.S.A. U.S.A... Classic American burger indeed. No wonder all of those Blackbirds and B-17s are buzzing the area. Heck, if I were a pilot, I'd show up in my Corsair! 😆
Great burger! And great beard! I grew mine out after my first year of teaching HS in 1991. I was a baby-faced 27-yr-old and my principal told me, "Yeah... This summer... Grow some facial hair!" WOOT!
Great looking burger. I remember Bob's Big Boy as a child growing up in San Diego. There used to be one on University Street. Also, Oscar's drive created the first version of the Big Mac(Ray Kroc stole the idea) if I am not mistaken.
Great video as always! The only time I use leaf lettuce or iceberg not shredded, is on BLT's. Shredded only on my burgers! I also add a tsp of soy to that burger sauce!
i love all your videos Greg. I also would love to see you do some Salmon on your awesome grills and maybe some chicken dishes. Thanks man love your work!
Diggin' the beard man! GREAT burger can't mess up tradition. Classic fatty ooeey gooeey bacon man burger. Reminds me of an old Dutch Boy burger from th 70's
My kind of burger. You can get a perfect composed bite in one bite. I hate the monster stacked burgers. You have to pull them apart. Love the new shirt too!
Sometimes, when you've just woken up or when you haven't slept at all after a good night out, you absolutely crave for a massive classic of a burger. This right here has you covered.
Man this takes me back to my first job at a diner! I used that butter roller daily. We also used to put a press on the patties to give it that crust like a smash burger. Great video!
Great video as always Greg! Making me ready for dinner lol! Thanks for still creating content during these times and I hope you and your family stay safe!
I loved the Big Boy! In Cleveland Ohio as a teen we had Manners Big Boy. Here in Florida just can’t find the taste. Gotta try your sauce on my next burger. Thanks
I want a butterér to :) mouthwatering stuff :) If you could revisit 5 of your all time favorite burger or other recipie witch one would you wanna recreate/improve? I think it would be fun to see you do that :)
I used to work at a burger joint in Oklahoma that had one of those butter things, it was like a little mini game that we would play at work (which we shouldn't have) see how fast we could flick the buns off that into the toaster. It's a neat toy for sure.
You should do a lasagna burger: beef, semi-dried tomato ketchup with fresh oregano, bechamel cheese sauce, mozzarella and a parmesan cheese crisp for that umami hit. Maybe a bed of basil leaves. Buns could be a lighter, fluffier version of foccacia.
Nice job!! I could totally open a burger joint on all the videos you do alone haha. By the way you kind of resemble the coach for the baltimore ravens...
My kind of burger. At in n out I always get the whole grilled onion for my burger. If only they had bacon. Bet this burger 🍔 of yours is just as good if not better than said place. This one has the diner heft for sure.
Greg I watched this from the quarantined house in all it's 4k glory on the 75" Sony ! Amazing looking and wonderfully produced as always. Damn that looked good!
Burger lovers all over the world owe you, sir, a huge debt of gratitude for sharing your expertise. My burger game has improved exponentially thanks to the things I’ve learned from you. We had burgers for supper tonight and I used your burger smasher to get that perfect sere. Additionally, I grilled our onions using the exact technique you used in this video. The compliments were profuse.
I got a cast iron griddle that fits perfectly on my gas grill and it makes the best smash burgers since I can't do burgers in the house on my cast iron skillet with out all of the smoke alarms going off. So good!
Suggestion for you, Greg, and for anyone else reading this. Try replacing relish in your burger sauce with a good hot giardiniera pepper mix. You can buy the relish or just pulse it in a food processor for a few seconds to get it more relish like. Makes an awesome burger sauce.
Looking great Greg. When I was a very young (under 10) I would visit family in Iowa and would always take a trip to the local Maid Rite. Are you familiar with that chain? Way different then any of the San Diego burger joints I otherwise grew up on. They use ground beef, but don't make it into patties.
