@@tiashadrows3469 I agree with you on that but for me It would be hard to choose between her eyes and 2 in her eyes and 3 her eyes and 2 is where I got started and that's the one that I love a lot but horizon 3 was also really good
I remember my first Forza is FH4, but then somehow I managed to play the older Horizon.... I'm teared up, seeing all of this The nostalgia is unreal Although I'll be honest some scene transition are a bit off from the music beat, like the FH2 and 3 reminiscent, but it's enough. And they even got the "focus loss" thingy im FH1 reminiscent!
I saw comparison vid and you are correct about it being off there few shots missing which they dont have a perfect location to recreate it but otherwise it still nice they got original music to play during these sequences
FH1 is so much nostalgic. You came home and turned on you your Xbox 360, start the game and Porter Robinson give you the feeling you are on that festival❤️
The music with these opening scenes made my literally cry, Forza please make a setting so you can toggle these on and off after the anniversary. Absolutely amazing.
When I got to FH3 title screen in game, I remember tearing up from nostalgia. Totally didn't just experience that all over again. Totally not wiping tears from my eyes while typing this.
I didn't know about the update but when i opened up forza horizon 5 after a long work shift and then i got the fh1 screen scene it was the best moment i ever had in my 15 years playing video games
I didn't know anything about the new menu screens at all before this update and so when I saw the remastered screen I just sat there for almost 5 minutes as memories from 10 years ago came flooding back.
Just played through the 10th anniversary story. Man did it bring back some memories. Been playing since Horizon 1. The race between me and Darius was probably the highlight.
Can't believe it's been 10 years!!!!. When I started playing the game and saw FH1 intro, I felt as if I was swiming in a huge nostalgia pool XD. Hope they do this again in 2025 when forza motorsport turns 20...
FH4 has to be my favorite, ngl, it was so different from the other 3, but I think it was very refreshing because of that, also, it was my first FH game...
Horizon 1, 2, and 4. I never really enjoyed hearing the music from 3 when racing to get batteries for my controller bc it died, but 1,2, and especially 4 I was in no rush at all.
la intro de forza horizon 4 no tiene sentido es la mejor hasta el momento que recuerdos de estar mis minutazos viendo y escuchando tremendo temazo y ver como el senna paseaba por esos paisajes hermosos
FH4's start screen is still perfect and my favourite to this day. Glad that they paid homage to all previous games and kept it as identical as possible.
@@victornjensenI feel like it's a weird decision, but not a bad one. All of the previous FH games had the static shots of amazing cars and the beautiful scenery, but FH4 takes a different approach. It's still the amazing cars with the beautiful scenery, but now it's a rolling shot, giving you different angles of the car, as well as the British countryside/cities FH1 had the best soundtrack, and FH3 was probably the best in terms of racing, but FH4 was definitely the most Beautiful I'm probably a bit biased considering I am British, but what can I say. I've taken road trips up to the Lake District, Down to Cornwall and to the Scottish Highlands, and I live in Kent (which is apparently "The garden of England") . It's is quite beautiful tbh
@@sampackman69 I agree, Britain is the most beautiful, but I’ll never like the rolling shots, doesn’t have the “Forza feeling”. And after you press A, the image freezes quite abruptly, it’s not a nice thing.
Extreme nostalgia hit me when I opened the game after the update rolled in then I saw and heard the title screen. Memories of when 11 year old me didn't have to worry about life 10 years ago.
I felt something similar when playing Halo Infinite the 1st time. Nostalgia hit me like a brick and I thought back to the countless hours I spent playing Halo Combat Evolved and trying to beat it in Legendary
They even managed to recreate ALL of the background NPCs and their activities and movements, which is the most or at least the second most impressive part to me.
The moment Language by Porter Robinson started playing my heart skipped. This hit me like a rock. FH1 started my journey with racing games. The devs did such a good job honouring the 10th anniversary
I saw so many people skeptical or asking for more. Nah they killed it. If you focus on what they "could've done" you miss what they did. And what they did was give us a nostalgia trip unrivaled by anything I've ever experienced. 10 years of memories, racing, cars, rushing back all at once. And Scott Tyler's monologue at the end of the story genuinely made me cry. 10/10 I love Horizon
@@DriverDGaming yea Scott’s monologue was real nice. He’s been there since the very beginning. I never understand how people don’t like him. Horizon isn’t the same without the guy
@@LeoDragoGRto newer players he is just an annoying hype person that is insufferable but if you played the horizon games chronologically from the beginning the POV of him is completely different
I miss fh1 tbh. Starts you out as some nobody showing up to this amazing car festival in a clapped out 95 vw corrado. Any you had to work your way up. Now you fire up the campaign fresh out the box and they give you 5 supercars at startup. Lol
The first Forza game I ever played and also the first game I ever played on Xbox. Truly a masterpiece, and hearing this intro gives me the most goosebumps. It’s so majestically beautiful and nostalgic
It slightly bugs me how in the start screen referencing Horizon 2, they show the 2012 Vanquish when it's not even a playable car in FH5 at all. Hopefully it does show up next update though.
This brings me a tear to my eye, I lost my save in FH2, seeing the remastered intro brings back my younger self. Played the 360 version and the Xbox One version
the starting music for fh3 always gets me its such a jam if im gonna be honest all the games itself actually took me away quite literally, theyre all so impressive
When I booted the game and saw the first Intro recreated, I couldn't help but smile the whole time. I never played the first three Horizon games because I never actually had a platform to play them back then, but now I've experienced both 4 and 5, and also consumed a bit of content from the older ones, so seeing that they are paying proper tribute to those games is just heartwarming. Amongst the multitude of people complaining all of the time about stuff, it's so good to see people getting together to appreciate the effort put into these special occasions. I play it since launch, and I admit sometimes it might get jarring and boring, but I still have fun experiencing this game and seeing what the devs are coming up for it, having almost 400 hours of gameplay currently (14/10/2022), and still going. Unlike IGN said, the game isn't a 10/10, for sure, but I stand to say that it IS a great game. Might not be for the hardcore racing people that want progression and all of that, but it is just a really fun game to play casually and experience different and newer cars, and stuff like that. Thanks to Forza Horizon 4 and 5, I also started getting into cars and stuff, so I only have good things to say about them for the most part, if I ignore some minor (and bigger) issues and bugs in the games. Overall, it is just a great experience honestly. There's no "better" or "worse" for me, there's only great games, all of them having their own perks and features. You might resonate with something different than me or someone else, but at least for me, I don't regret one thing from playing these games.
If you ever get your hands on a 360, I highly suggest you pick up Horizon and Forza Motorsport 4. To this day they are my favorites of each series. I agree with you though. Every Horizon game has been very good in my opinion. Horizon 4 is the only one I don’t really care for. It had a lot of good content, but I really don’t like the weekly seasons.
@@austins5013 I didn't mind the seasons too much, but winter surely was a pain to play in XD. But yeah, I've been wanting to play the older Horizon and Motorsport games recently, so I might try to see if I can get my hands on them some time in the future. Thanks for the heads up!
Mate when i was 7 i had Horizon 2 8 years on and nothing's changed in the intro, from old tech to the new game, all those intros have basically no difference... such a throwback
Forza Horizon 1's title screen gives me festival vibes. Forza Horizon 2's title screen makes me wanna live a luxurious life. Forza Horizon 3's title screen makes me wanna dance to this tune. Forza Horizon 4's title screen makes me feel calm and tired.
Forza Horizon 2 title screen though 🥹🥹 I remember this was my first game on the original Xbox One and the moment the piano started playing it was like a beginning seeing that Lamborghini Huracan as the cover car. Seeing other intros from past FH games is still a treat to everyone no matter which Horizon we started at. Start in Colorado, then the open roads of Italy/France, into the wildlife of Australia, to the majestic scene of Great Britain and now Mexico.
Ah! Forza Horizon 3. The first ever Forza game i played and it was such a masterpiece. Love Australia from the bottom of my heart! Even the in-game city looks absolutely stunning!
this is the same game that made me start liking australian made cars. i did a crapton of research and its WAY more affordable than JDM cars, plus you can import newer models of said australian cars here in the us. i cant wait to import me one in the future
they should keep them and have them go in order for whenever you log in first time of the day its FH1 for the second time of the day its FH2 so on so fourth
