The officers outfit should’ve made it so you won’t be detected in British restricted zones unless you’re caught doing illegal activity like breaking the bell or murdering Edit: also with the Templar outfit
templars CANNOT have hoods, as stated by the developers, which is also the reason why Shay Cormac main outfit dont have hood despite having one in the trailer
A lot of the concept art and some promotional figurines for Black Flag has Edward in the brown coat. It seems that the brown coat may have been apart of his original design at some point, but then they decided to remove it from him.

this is the only video I've seen that actually has every outfit, I assume, bcs its more than all the others, and the only one I want to know how to get is the crewmate one. for the sheer fact, there's no wrist blades, not even just the strap ones that the whale/shark ones have.

You can't get it anymore. I played all games before getting AC 4 this year, but it never popped. It seems it became unobtainable after the shut down of "Assassin's Creed Initiates"
