Qulan Gal killing Ghenghis Khan was shown in Assassin’s Creed Memories, the card based mobile game from 2014. It follows the whole sequence, but nobody remembers that game.
It's stated in lore that the Assassins always existed. William Miles says this in the AC 3 intro. Even before Bayek and Aya, there were people doing the same stuff with the same ideals and goals. Darius and Kassandra are Assassins, the difference is that they never were part of the later "official Brotherhood". Jacques the Molay also says in Unity "The Assassins are far older than Masyaf". The Assassins are not an istitution. The Assassins are an Ideal, a philosophy, or, if you like it better: a Creed. Same with the Templars, they'll never be destroyed. Organizations can be corrupted or destroyed, but ideals cannot be eradicated.
Yea the order of the ancients existed over a thousand years before tge hidden ones did but still had to deal with assassin like opposition for much of its existence
Well the first first version of the brotherhood was created by Adam (the first human) to fight ISU. His son Cain was the one who made the very first version of the order
they literally dropped the juno ressurection storyline and just force finnished it in a fucking comic. So right now the modern storyline is on a limbo with no direction
@@theracingolfer3430 Do you remember Juno's intentions and main goal through the series?? Do you remember Desmond's sacrifice in AC3?? Well, it doesn't matter. She was killed by "Desmond's son" in a comic (Yes, suddenly he had a son 🤦🏻♂️) That's it, forget all the lore regarding Juno, Jupiter, Minerva, Pieces of Eden, etc because they don't matter anymore. We, as players, don't matter anymore to Ubisoft.
@@anidiot378 Bruh, killed by someone we didn't know existed until the comic. As much as this disappoints me I'm considering the comic as non-canon to cope with the misplaced anticipation I had for Juno's arc
When I first played ac2 when it came out and got to the Villa vault I'd figure those statues would be of assassin's we would play as later down the line. However with the way the series is now I don't think we will see let alone play as any of them outside of a few cutscenes.
Those assassins wouldn’t fit into the AC lore. The Chinese emperor died of poison and Mongolia today still stands so killing khan wouldnt make sense as a climatic event driven by ISU artifacts. We’re not getting any of the Americas as historical accounts of the assassins. the original assassins were smoking hashish and dying in their missions for Islam. None of that is about a Egyptian Medjay who lost their child to a secret order of rich corrupt people…..
AC was BIG when I was in high school. The fact that I shared the name of the hidden blade's inventor got me into building cosplay versions of the blade and ultimately got me into woodworking as a hobby!
Bonus appearance: Legendary roman assassin Brutus, whose armor you can unlock in Brotherhood, appears as Aya's partner in asssassinatig Caesar in Origins
Fun Fact: Altair also appeared as the protagonist of the DS/Mobile game set right after the first game. I believe it's also known as "Altair's Chronicles" or something like that. That game also got a follow-up, still on DS, with Ezio as a protagonist.
Altaïr has a DS and a PSP game . Altaïr's Chronicles (set before the events of Assassin's Creed) and Bloodlines (set after of the events of Assassin's Creed)
Darius is a famous real history assassin so not surprising he's remembered In real history he was called Artabanus and did actually assassinate Xerxes in 465 BC but for what reason isn't 100% agreed on as it was nearly 2500 years ago
Darius' hidden blade is inconsistent. The statue shows the blade protruding from the palm, but Odyssey creates a discrepancy with the blade on the opposite side of the arm.
That is true, but the in-universe reason could simply be it was lost to time, people knew he used the first hidden blade and who he was, but they didn't specifically know how he used the hidden blade. I think that could be the explanation.
Well i either what the other guy wrote, or it might just be that the first blade he used was like in odyssey, and later on switched to a more traditional one. How later on idk, we are trying to patch up a minor plot hole that was caused by the many years that divide the two games, the true answer is that the devs just forgot xD
Lol sour puss over hidden blade position haters gonna hate. 😂 well thats also made the game cool, it shows historical inaccuracy in the ac universe the same way we pictured what dinosaurs looks like. I bet the the people who recorded the history of the assassins did not put where the hidden blade is positioned and all they know was that darius is the first blade.
@@yuri-ub8kk it's what the other guy said if you remember the reason they have to chop their finger off is because they are wearing it the wrong way and Darius is wearing it the right way
Amunet is such a badass, I'm so happy to have her statue in my collection. Man even seeing these statues all this time later I would love to have games based on the others assassins
I'm bored of Assassin's Creed, I miss the time when Assassin's Creed was all about the mystery and the danger behind the mystery. Nowadays, is just fantasy.
well tbf, myths and legends always takes place ages ago rather than the modern era. it make sense that thousands of years ago we had beasts and now its just humans. and future it'll be aliens but in assasssins creed timeline, its the isu even tho isu arent aliens but they're far more advanced than humans
but yeah, it is boring ngl, but the next games will take place after odyssey and origins so the odds of mythical creatures are low, as long as the game doesn't portray old religion, we wont be seeing any goofy ahh beasts , valhallah didn't had any mythical beast in evior's timeline. only odins which took place million of years ago
@@itsleuko meh, I'm not gonna get excited over anything till the game is actually released. If it's good as expected, wonderful. But if it's bad, I thought so.
I’d be cool if the fantasy stuff is as just all side content instead of being forced into the main story. Im just tired of the games being RPGs, I miss the old system. I hope Mirage is good and along with the Codename Red game that’s being set in Japan (though it’s a little late for them to do that but it’s still cool).
for all those wondering why darius is their even thou he was from almost 200 years before origins. its simple, hes ayas great great great grandpa, has three major kills to his name, and fought the order of ancients for years aka the hidden ones mortal enemy plus this also makes kassandra her great great grandma. the most likely reason why she's not their ,retcon and all, is because its kassandra she dosnt want to be known about. if people know who she is or what she might have, people will hunt her even all the way around the world. their are no records of the egal baror left as she probably destroyed them herself also to get away from blood lineage. biake uses his hidden blade and aya uses most likely nikoloses (if he even had one. dude was a lover not a fighter. also he was a ranger so it was useless for him) or kasandras daughters. when they say first hidden blade they mean it literally and metaphorically. as it was the first one made and the first one used by the co founder of the order
I think it would be cool if they could gather full memories of ancestors and use some mix of science and Isu(Esu) technology to place them in genetically grown bodies ... bringing the characters to the present. There would be so many possibilites: Bayek and Amunet would see the fruits of their labor, and possibly get a second chance at raising a resurrected son, the Haythems could all meet and make amends, Ezio could finally meet a resurrected Desmond, Desmond could question a resurrected Lucy, Lucy could have a redemption arc, Altair could answer so many questions about the Apple and save his doomed family, Ezio and Aguilar could learn about the horrible things Columbus did, Arno and Elise could be reunited and finally have a showdown with Shay, Shay can see how twisted the Templars have become over the years, Aveline can see how America has grown/changed/stayed the same, the Frye Twins can play with modern technology, etc.
I can’t remember which piece of Eden it is, but it is capable of doing exactly what you said. I’ve been saying this for years and have been DREAMING for it to happen!
When I played AC1, I thought that if at some point in the game there was a bleeding effect, but on the contrary, and Altair got into Desmond's body, no one would understand what was happening, he would just start killing all the guards of Abstergo because he would be frightened and did not know where he was and what's going on. And at some point, Lucy would ask him "what's wrong with you Desmond ?!" and he would answer in Arabic "who is Desmond?..."
Hi, thx for video! I've played AC2 about 10 years ago and haven't remember about all this assassins. I even did not thought that Ubisoft has already showed any of them in games after AC2.
Some assassins appeared. Sometimes we could play them but not for long. Some we met. And some of them mentioned in comic books and perhaps seen. Its unlikely we gonna see them all but ubisoft might surprise us.
I never noticed before until now but...the globe that Altair was shown in the first game was of the modern day representation of the world, complete with all the modern country borders all displayed. lol
I want to see a game set during the Babylonian exile of Judea. Imagine how much mystery they could sum up with how the Isu connects to the ancient Jews, and biblical stories. In my opinion a game like this should be called, Assassins Creed Inception🤔
Very interesting film Bro. It's nice to see such a summary about the statues under the Auditire villa. To be honest, I've gone through AC 2 a few times over the years, but I've never really thought about whether the characters from the statues actually appeared in any of the installments of the series. Thanks for this information, best regards and thank you for this video Bro 💪😎👊
No way dude i‘m playing ac2 again for the trophies and i saw it yesterday that there is a statue of amunet and i was like wtf 😱 and now i see your video that you uploaded what a coincidence 😂
Tbh yeah but he left the assassin's for many many years so it would just be him being solo if he had his own trilogy.... That's if u Wana make it cannon I finished AC bloodlines today and revalations explains his whole life... Him leaving the creed and bloodlines shows how he got with Mariah soooo.. Idk
They done Darius dirty with ... whatever Odyssey was doing. Imagine if he got his own full game. Playing a game set in Persian Empire right after Odyssey would be so interesting. Especially with how we could compare the two civilization's views on each other.
Literally my favorite game If people actually play all of them in pay attention to detail , story line , side quest etc etc It's beautiful! It all lines up together In the crazy thing is , half these people are real , or stories , events , locations etc ! It's the freemasons vs the freedom fighters ! But I don't know who's the assassin's are in real life . Like is there anybody going up against bilderberg , freemason , clue Rome , skull & bones , etc etc ? I've played every assassin's Creed expect Valhalla , & rouge
Yeah Amunet means 'The Hidden One', and is the female counterpart to Amun (who Bayek keeps mentioning through the game) his name also means 'the hidden one'
Darius… Elpidios… Bayek all held the same balde… Darius killed xerxes and he most likely gave it to elpidios after he trained him, after Darius died elpidios most likely travled to Egypt as we saw… thus how years later aya ended up with it and gave it to bayek… she tell him this is the blade that killed the tyrant xerxes… this connecting the dots I just did.
I think Aya got given the blade by Cleopatra, which is a weird coincidence considering Aya is related to Darius. Would of been cooler if it was passed down to her though
between elpidios and aya its a long century or years, the blade somehow end up with the cleopatra and even aya probably didnt know darius actually her ancester
i think its worth pointing out that kassandra could have very well been the person who killed alexander the great, with the staff she was always going to live anyways
Idk how to feel about The first emperor of China in this. The true story he actually was paranoid of assassinations after 2 attempts on his life he went crazy and started searching for immortality which lead him to eating liquid metal. he ironically ended up poisoning himself.
@@ikielinsesi1843 Obviously can't make it too big lest you give even AC2 and the RPG's a run for their money, but multiple locations WOULD do best given the size of the Mongolian Empire at the time. (Which, even in the 1220's, was massive.)
Assassins creed needs to focus more on story and make it darker hoping Hex shows more but feel it will be same mechanics as mirage different map few extra bits and lots more customisation to transaction you for.
So..Assassins Creed Codename Jade gameplay was leaked. And yes Wei Yu is in the game. There's a description somewhere in a cutscene that says the main character of codename jade is the apprentice of Wei Yu.
Because they never and cant make already exist character in their lore to be main character. And what they do is just assassinate country leader that's why they got statue
Mmmm Assassin's Creed timeline is now like Metal Gear, Red Dead, cuz the new games their history pass on ancient eras so, would be interesting to make a video showing those timelines hehe
@@blacksabbath5754 No Assassin creed Mirage take place in Baghdad that is in Iraq. Please do your research before saying something not true. I just hope they add those other countries in the later titles
The real question is, for what had altair so much chairs in his bibliotheca in masyaf. In total if i am not wrong it was 10 chairs if he is the one above all assassins who are the others? Was he ahead of his time and somehow he knew that 10 people or in our pov protagonists will somehow travel space and time to meet in that archive.
After seeing Aya/Amunet in Origins the. Seeing Darius in the DLC from Odyssey I thought that they would continue the trend as a way to get the older fans re invested in the series but instead we got Vikings
I don't know if it's already common knowledge in the community but if you don't want spoilers stop reading now so the gameplay footage of codename jade got leaked a while ago and in it Wei Yu appears unfortunately (at least for me) he is not playable.
The one who assassinated Alexander the great. When we play Ac Origins, we get to see his tomb But Origins is supposed to be when the Creed was first created So why is there an assassin who killed Alexander when they're not supposed to exist yet. They even have an assassin symbol on their belt
Maybe devs didn't predict yet how the story of Brotherhood would go and later came with the concept of Bayek's story. There are nearly 10 years between AC II and Origins. With so many years and so many games plot holes are inevitable IMO. If they ever put Iltani in any game or gave more info about her, I think they'll do with her like with Darius - say she was a proto assassin or someone like it.
They can easily fix the plot by saying the guy that kill Alexander train AC origin MC and creed founders
Год назад
@@ZackFlairr That would be hard because there's 300 years between Alexander's dead and Origins' plot. Also she counldn't even be Bayek's teacher because the game already tell us who trained him. It was his dad.
Definitely the cohesion of the series ended with Desmond. All the games after black flag(an epilogue for Desmond’s story through the voice recordings and Edward being the last ancestor of Desmond we play as) where disjointed and had no overarching narrative. I still like some of the games as solo adventures and stories though
There were 3 really short side scrolling platformers for PSP. One was set in China and I can't remember who the main character is it might have been that one referenced as well. Or it's the new game like mentioned.
Its hard to believe that we nearly got Leonius when they gave off a false advertisement of Assassin's Creed Legion that eventually became Assassin's Creed Valhalla. Maybe Ubisoft will return to Assassin's Creed Legion and make Leonius the main character. Chances are, this game will probably be PS5 era only game instead being on PS4 as well. PS4 is still kicking live as well along with PS3 somewhat.
this assassin that poisoned someone, gives me an idea, it would be cool to be able to poison some drinks or food as a mechanic in future games. There´s something like that on shadow of mordor
2:29 thats not adani he is from ac india one of those 3 sidescroller games like ac china or ac russia. fun fact you can meet the mc of ac china in a short animated movie that shows the last days of ezio.
Wait a minute, Iltani poisoned Alexander the Great, but he was killed far before the events of AC Origins, meaning she’s not an Assassin/Hidden One as they haven’t been created yet
Well all of those people that got statue are like that duh. They dont did all the thing, what they did just assassinate country leader, that's the reason they got statue.
AC2 was anything but simple: You literally traveled to multiple big cities including Venice and you started in Florence, one of the biggest cities in Italy.
Not appearing we need to play as them how they actually assassinated their targets ubisofr rlly messed it up like always we didnt saw aya killing cleopatra... and we didnt olayed as darius the legendary first ine
