Well it's almost every Bane scene, couldn't post them all or the video would be banned, but your really only missing the Batman fight, sooooooooo. Deal with it
I love how Bane can easily kill everyone else around him, who lack any impressive strength or powers, but he just doesn't. He's just a sweet dude who has a streak of villany when he gets angry
I think he does not really realize this, he ain't the sharpest tool in the shed. It took him breaking Batman (again) to realize that he can just take over from Two-Face.
He quickly became my favorite secondary character thanks to that! Unlike allot of characters in this show who are intentionally degraded or flanderized to the point of being unlikable (for good narrative function FYI, you don't want the audience to sympathize too much with the people your main character is gonna murder!), look no further than the ludicrously hatable Twoface vs the one from BTAS, Bane stands out as an interpretation of the character that's equal parts true to form, unique and interesting! I'd love to see THIS bane in different settings with a more serious or down-to-earth tone. Not to mention he's still hilarious and a borderline parody of his most brooding serious version (the live action movie).
@@thehandoftheking3314 its a figure of speech, used to describe obviously villainous characters which are not as bad as made out to be and deserved better
Meanwhile, he also creates a whole rehabilitative prison system to encourage introspection and finding inner peace to become better members of society. He’s adorable lol
Considering his rep for blowing shit up and often time for seemingly random and petty things it’s kinda impressive people aren’t more nervous around him
4:38 she picks a card that he can see, he’s looking over her shoulder, she doesn’t give the card back, and he still guesses wrong. C’mon, Bane. You’re better than this.
Same just cus of what a parody is of the silly dark knight movie(btw I love the dark knight but I dont like batman begins and dark knight rises before you go nuts if yore fans hahah)
Another funny reference about that scene, the trivia answer was the Steelers won the most games In the Gotham stadium. That’s possibly referring to the actual Steelers players that were casted as the football player extras in The Dark Knight Rises
Even with his homicidal tendencies, this version of Bane seem like the coolest villain to hangout with, so as long as you give him the respect he's looking for! 👊😂
"We're not going anywhere with YOU, S&M Sally! Harley took this!" "I filed all the proper paperwork. I even got the green light from HR. So...your move." I don't know why but this is my favorite moment from Bane. Just something about the idea about Bane filling goon paperwork and working through HR has stuck out in my mind
It only occurs to me now, but his final gag in season 1, "Stupid office chair", comes biting he's own tail in season 2, where the running gag is the members of Injustice League don't wanna to give Bane an executive office chair.. ah the irony
15:40 why did they have to make bane so adorable in Harley Quinn all he wants is love and respect maybe some splosions too. I mean he plays a judge very well. He follows procedure and is unbiased good job bane
2:09 The bit where Joker steals both Bane’s entrees is one of my favorites. And Two-Faces is probably my top favorite scene in the entire series so far.
Most incarnations of Bane have _pretty much_ the same backstory. The end result Bane character has occasionally varied, but the backstory seems mostly consistent. So I can only assume its the same here. And if that's the case, I _need_ to know what particular points of his story diverted him to ending up to being this more than capable, but overly nice whipping boy.
Were they flirting in the comics? (I don't know much Scarecrow lore) If they were like Ivy and Harley they missed a big chance there- Also yeah I liked Scarecrow in this AU.
I like how they gave Bane his The Dark Knight Rises voice for this. ALSO, the fact that he eats and drinks with his mask on. Both funny! They also made Bane similar to Milton Waddams from Office Space in a way in this show too which is nice.
You fight like a younger man, with nothing held back. Admirable but mistaken. Oh, you think darkness is your ally. But you merely adopted the dark; I was born in it, moulded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man, by then it was nothing to me but BLINDING!
I love all the Dark Knight Rises references and even how he broke Batman when they first met in the comics. It's even great because they're trying to make him sound like Tom Hardy's Bane. I don't know if he's broke Batman's back in this universe but either way I like how we got to see him brake Batman. Just his legs but still, that was brutal and could still cripple someone.
I gotta admit that Bane is my favourite character in this show by far, I like the way he’s genuinely trying to help Harley and Ivy become better people in his prison, don’t know why but I can picture him dressed like Robin Williams in good Will hunting 😂
It's so weird to see Bane running a prison that actually puts focus on rehabilitation. Like... he's usually displayed as a brute. But this version of him actually tries to help people. A version of Bane I never expected, but he's great
