@@rodeo4786 I am a New Zealander! Many NZers have a problem with the constant ramming of Maori culture down our throats. They’re introducing a rugby team…….that’s all. The cringeworthy singing is over the top and I stand by my comment.
@SuperEdge67 But I'd bet you'd have no problem if it were anything but Maori correct Typical . and I bet you're proud of your ancestry whatever that is well that powhiri is customary to this land its been here long before you're forefathers stepped off the boat and will continue as the official welcome to all visitors whether you and your like minded rednecks like it or not and there ain't Nothing you can do about it 😉
@SuperEdge67 I bet it's a Maori thing correct I also think you're proud of your ancestry right the powhiri is customary welcome to visitors it's been performed here before your fathers step off the boat and will continue to do so whether you and your like minded redneck bigots like it or not 👍and there ain't a damn thing you can do about it kakite😉
@SuperEdge67 Well New Zealander im so sorry the cringeworthy Maori singing is just too abhorrent for you I'll forward an email to the NZRU and demand they put a stop to this nonsense at once because it's to upsetting for you and many of your like minded rednecks throughout Aotearoa oops apologies" new zealand Ok 'by the way I forgot to mention the powhiri or customary welcome to visitors is here to stay and there ain't a damn thing you can do about it .kakite 👍😉
I'm a kiwi myself, and nope it is not weird- a Powhiri is a formal greeting for any guest in Moari, New Zealand. The Mighty All Blacks is New Zealand's Professional rugby union team. It is New Zealand's No.1 Sport.
Be good if former legend ABs were there to offer today's ABs words of wisdom, knowledge and encouragement. Fitzy, Bunce, Michael Jones to name a few. Hopefully Razor takes it into consideration.
What are you on about? They literally walked onto a stage. It’s a formal event for the All Blacks which one could argue is the pinnacle of New Zealand sport. It’s also accompanied by a powhiri which you need to be respectful of, something you clearly don’t understand.
