Mr. Jones is definitely one of the legends in All Blacks. I lucky joined the RWC 2019 as a medical doctor, but seeing Mr.Jones at the stadium was my greatest memory. I really love this kind of the interview. Very looking forward to watching another episode!
Jones took the open side style to a level not seen before. He not only showed great athletic talent but recovered from his horrific knee injury, albeit a yard slower, and showed great adaptability. He went on to be a devastating and impassable defender in the six jersey.
Lucky to have grown up in a time when this man was playing in his prime and to see him 1st hand not on video high lights. His high skill levels and his gifted timing driven by a big engine he could do things I've haven't seen before or after him... BUT even to be blessed with all that talent rugby wasn't everything and that me made him the greatest rugby player I've ever seen. Bless you sir Michael
