As with all workouts do not work through any form of unexplained pain always see a doctor first. The aim of this workout is to get your whole body moving in as many different ways as possible with a special focus of making sure that two days after this workout you remember me as you walk downstairs. with any of the one leg balance work feel free to put the other leg down to help you, although this is a bodyweight workout. It is designed in such a way to add intensity through the carefully selected movements to ensure you get challenged by your own bodyweight. For those that have been doing the 30 day stump challenge we sneak in 40 of those with the simple Skater to star combo.. Today your body only wants to do 10 minutes that’s absolutely fine. I’m missing doing your workouts, I haven’t been able to do anything for a few weeks now cause strained my psoas muscle and according to bing I need to rest it but I hate not working out but in all honesty it still doesn’t feel like it’s getting much better taking it easy either 🤷‍♂️
