Callum, once a prince in the castle of Katolis, now a high mage with a book of spells and the staff that belonged to the deceased Skywing elf mage Ibis. I love how he uses magic for good and whenever his little half-brother and friends are in trouble. But if Callum faces Claudia again, he would have to fight her with magic one-on-one in order to stop her and her father from bringing Aaravos to the entire world of dragons, elves, humans, and magic creatures. That would mean tragic doom to all. I'm certain High Mage Callum will take Claudia down, the talented mage with magic. Dark magic is dangerous, forbidden and illegal for anyone to use it, especially for witches and wizards. Aaravos does dark magic as well. Very clever and monstrous.
Callum is advancing quickly with his wizard/mage skills. I wonder what he will learn next season. If he is to defeat Aaravos in the future, he will have to prepare himself for the inevitable and be more stronger and better. He was possessed by him through the mirror, which repeats that of Lord Voldemort possessing Harry Potter in OOTP. They have some in common.
Aaravos have thousands of years of experience and he is the one who invented dark magic. Compared to Callum he is not the Dark Lord, he is a bloody force of nature. Claudia on the other hand... I would like to see Callum having duel with Claudia, loosing badly, and getting motivated to learn other Arcanums after that loss, and have re-match some time toward the show end.
@@bmeenu9 "defeat" can mean many different things. For example, "defeating plans" would work too. As of right it is obvious that Callum is not in the same league even with Claudia, let alone somebody 100 times more powerful than her.
@@skipperg4436 i meant later in the furtur come on it has to be his destiny to beat aaravous i mean alone and also callum did not even try to fight claudia in season 4
i told you it does not matterhow powerful aaravous is because callum has to find a way to win just accept that please because there is not point arguing as it is obviousl his destiny to beat aaravous in a fair fight.
Many people speculate that Callum could learn more arcanum, which I think too. indeed, in minute 1:59, Callum says "eritque arcus ignis" which means "and there will be an arc of fire" and that's doesn't sound Sky magic for me. So, this mean that Callum will have tried to connect to the sun arcanum, because I would find no other solution, but I hope to get more answers as the seasons go by.
I'm slightly disappointed he hasn't awoken any other arcanas, the first season hinted that given he was a blank slate he would be able to awaken all the arcanas but he still stuck with only one
@@karlozfox no sky majic always work whether there is air or not om my god guys really it was quite obvious that you forgot that it is not te sourroundings that help with the majic it is completly knowing the arcaneium and since he doeshe can do it to even underground
Me: Still wishing he master all the elements. Just like an … Fans: don’t you dare! Me: And elementor Fans: oh. Fair enough. Me: and just like the avatar! XD Fans: GAH!
I don't understand why Callum doesn't try to pass on his knowledge of magic to other people. The fact that he is proof that humans can forge a connection to the Primal Sources and use magic means that Callum could help others come to understand this very same connection. Not to mention that passing this knowledge can help humans not be as tempted to use dark magic.
Because to use magic you need to truly understand arcanum of primal source, Callum is prodigy but even for him is hard thing. You cant just tell somaeone meaning of arcanum and they will start to use magic
Callum is so gassed that ezrans like it’s like chill it’s not like assassins will take his life king harrow but it was his birthday how old is he anyway
@@hannahburke7328 the creators explained that Callum uses a lot of sky magic but that he also studies the other arcana, so it would not be strange to see him using other types of magic (it seems that he uses Sun magic when lighting the colored balls).
@@hannahburke7328 it's a bit weird because that translates as "And there shall be an Arc of Fire", it makes you wonder if in reality all the arcana are connected or if you can combine magics, callum did a mist spell and to generate mist you need heat, maybe all the magics originate from a common Arcana? or maybe I'm just delirious haha.
In my Head Cannon, the Lands of the Western Realms are not a very magical place. I mean, Dragons are considered myth by most people out in the Western Realms. The Western Realms, because of its separation from Xadiados (as the people of the Western Realms call the Continent of Xadia), and the idea of Non-Interventionism, they have become more technologically advanced than Xadia, and with more technological advancement means less magic. There are few, if any, who use Magic out in the Western Realms, and there are very few individuals who know that Dragons still exist and that they occupy the lands of East Xadia. The Nations of the Western Realms are as Follows: - The Barria Empire - The Republic of Lodia - The Republic of Rodia - The Duchy of Kratov - The Duchy of Sillian - The Duchy of Kilos - The Dwarven Kingdom of Ikûldim - The Dwarven Kingdom of High Badûr - The Dwarven Kingdom of Gemthûrûm - The Dwarven Kingdom of Fûrûm - The Dwarven Kingdom of Dhombûr - The Dwarven Kingdom of Dorntorn 6 Human Governed Nations, and 6 Dwarven Ruled Kingdoms. The Largest of the nations of the Western Realms is the Barria Empire, which occupies most of the Barrian Continent, the Western Most of all the Continents. The Barria Empire shares the Barrian Continent with the Kingdoms of Dhombûr & Dorntorn. West of the Barrian Continent are the Barrier Islands, the Islands that mostly separate the Barrian Continent to the WonderLost Ocean. Amongst this Barrier island archipelago is the largest of the Barrier islands, the Upside Down island of Iritis, which is home to both the Capital City of the Barria Empire, as well as being the home of the Kingdom of Ikûldim. North of the Barrian Continent is the Long Island, home to the Kingdom of High Badûr. To the south, between the Continent of Lon-Rodia (Home to the Republic of Rodia) and southern end of the Barrian Continent is the Island of Zedarian, home to the Kingdom of Fûrûm. There is the Continent of Lon-Lodia, and south of it is the continent of Lon-Rodia, homes to the Republics of Lodia and Rodia respectively, and between them is the Lodia-Rodia Straight. The continent of Lon-Lodia has a large Northeast peninsula that is very mountainous and home to the Kingdom of Gemthûrûm. North of The continent of Lon-Lodia is the Lon-Kuzdo Sea, and north of that is the Continent of Kuzdomia, which is home to the 3 Duchies. North of both the Long Island & Kuzdomia are the North Islands. And East of Lon-Lodia & Lon-Rodia are the Eastern Islands. Combined with the Barrier Islands & the Barrian Continent, as well as the islands between South Barrian & Lon-Rodia, the North Islands & Eastern Islands create a barrier that gives the seas of the Western realms unique properties that aren’t seen. Also, the Barrian continent is also home to 5 Huge lakes (based off the Real world Great Lakes). These lakes are named in order from North to South: The Great North Lake, The Shadow Water Lake, Lake Wachanube & White Hour Lake, and The Great South Lake (The largest of the 5). All the Water that is between the Barrian Continent and the Continents of Lon-Lodia & Lon-Rodia & Kuzdomia is the Middle Sea, which, when you taste the water of which, it has a sort of fresh taste, and then a salty aftertaste unlike most regular seas. The Nations of the Western Realms get along mostly well, and none of them have interest in the goings-on of Xadia. That is unless they are pulled into the conflict, in which if they are, then they will have the large Fleets of Steel & Iron Warships assembled to wage war and destroy their enemies. Yes, they utilize Steam & Diesel Powered ships. They have Cars & Trains, and other modern technologies. The Barrian Empire in particular is very health conscious, and so they use BioFuels for all their Diesel, Gasoline, and Steam powered machinery. Also, because I mentioned that the Barrian Continent is home to 5 Large Lakes, then of course, you must know that the Freighter vessels of the Barria Empire are based off the LakeFreighters of the Real world Great Lakes (with the Pilot House Forward & Engine Cabins aft arrangement). The Republics of Lodia & Rodia use more standard vessels that you would see on the ocean.
That’s a good question. Both are strong, so Callum has more whether powers and Luz has more elemental including plants. But again both are strong and very crafty with their magic
@@dayjaunwilliams8883 So luz is better and strongr at majic but callum is clearly without a doubt more talented, creative and intellegent when using majic. And beside once again, callum will surley get more stronger at the end of dragon prince but for now he is still yet to show how strong he really is. I mean, he cant be high mage just by knowing 12 to 13 spells right
@@dayjaunwilliams8883 nah. Callum hasnt been shown in full power and he can control his magic better than Luz. Also he doesnt need to draw runes in paper.
That was two and a half seconds of silent sentiment. I didn't even notice it was there until I saw your comment and went back to double-check. I would like to believe that people who want their views on religion to be respected will be mature enough to extend the same courtesy rather than slam the video for something so trivial.
