IRL there would be a lot more dismemberment involved, its unlikely most of these would be swallowing a human whole because a human is just too big. Swallowing things whole is also terrible for digestion.
Make them almost starve, release in the park and watch. (Dont forget to enable the "Dinossaurs Dangerous to visitants" in the sandbox settings before starting.)
