Yeah it's supposed to be when kaido fell from sky island and landed in front of kid and co he used conqueror's haki and it's the same animation as great roar basically so I don't understand why they didn't give both kaidos forms conqueror's or Yamato

It is rare. In a cast of hundreds, only about 20 people have it and some of them are dead.

Even if you don’t remember the many scenes either showing or implying he has Conqueror’s haki, you would have at least figured Roger’s only child would have it.

Kaido has one, haven't tried prime Garp and Yamato yet. Zoro doesn't have one since there's no Onigashima Zoro

bro watches two piece lmao. everyone in the vid HAS conq haki, but not everyone USES it, like Kid for example, i dont remember him ever using conq haki but he HAS it.

@@NyiAydlHe’s never been shown using it. At least in the manga. It was mentioned by Kaido and confirmed that Kid has it. There is an anime only scene of him using it to intimidate some of the beast pirate grunts.

there are even characters missing the ability in the game and this person saying characters in the game don't have it in the show...

The first mention of "Conquerors haki" was made in the Amazon Lilly Arc, when Luffy unconsciously uses it she says: "A Conqueror's Haki user like me?"
