I understand. Same feeling here. But it’s an illusion. WWII was far more miserable and chaotic. The most severe war on record. Tens of millions of displaced people, the wholesale slaughter of Jewish people, and nearly 60 million deaths worldwide. Life was very hard for our beloved characters. London blitz, Britain continued rationing into the 1950s, lost its empire, etc.
This is just so lovely. The series just gets better and better and the chance to get a look at the behind the scenes is magical. Long may the series continue.
The crew, actors, actresses & animals are all simply brilliant, so very compelling, & just down to earth believable.Thank you all for doing everything you do.I totally love this show. It is my drive to look forward to each & every Sunday to watch this beautiful, hysterically delightful honor to watch this story.Thank you one & all for your talent.💖🌈
We visited Grassington a few weeks ago. Beautiful village. How do you find out when they are filming? Our grandchildren live up north. Be nice to pop in on the way up for an hour
I loved working on set here in the US but I think I would have enjoyed it even more across the pond like on this set for example. Everyone seems so much more laid back. Here in the US everyone is at each other’s throats and back stabbing someone to get the next gig.
