This is one of Kiki’s family’s FAVORITE side dishes! And a MUST try!!
Ingredients
8 oz elbow macaroni, Cooked and drained
1 16 oz block sharp cheddar, shredded and divided
2 eggs
1 12oz can evaporated milk
1.5 cups milk
Salt and pepper
Method
Cook elbow macaroni as directed, drain.
Spray crockpot with nonstick spray
Add cooked macaroni to bottom of crockpot.
Hold out one cup of shredded cheese
Add in eggs, milk, evaporated milk, and rest of shredded cheddar cheese, stir until combined.
Salt and Pepper to taste. Stir together
Add final cup of shredded cheese to top of mixture
Place on low for 5-6 hours
Do Not Stir during cook time! Set it and forget it!
