the fact that they always make ultimatums charecters like "roshi is the strongest man in the world", "freizas the strongest in the galaxy" , etc and because of how dragon balls ki mechanics work (ie if your 2x as powerful as an opponents attack you negate damage completely)
@@clintonbehrends4659 MUI which doesn't allow to dodge all the attacks since the Moro arc, that is to say after the tournament of power, which was mainly the essence of the technique...
@@epitaphcc1117 I didn't say anything about mui to my knowlegde, when I said 2x as powerfull negates damage I meant any character in dragon ball nullifies any attack less then half of their power level thats why you sometimes see characters be completely unfazed by attacks that realistically no real material could stand up against (a good example of 2x power negation is when tenshinhan kikohous buu and it did nothing)
Its my head canon that he’s talking about goku there, finally after all this time vegeta respects goku. And goku, completely enamored by the fight he’s just had assumes its about jiren and just says, “yeah” (This is almost 100% not the case but i like it anyway)
jesus, despite death meaning nothing in the series seeing everyone going about their day, hanging around with their families to just die without even realizing it is truly haunting
Actually death used to hold up to alot in the series up until super. In dragon ball super no one can actually die. With the exception of zamasu when he got snapped by zeno
Eh, idk, there were quite a few traumatized Character at the cause of other characters death. Goasu's disgust in Zamasu, Future Trunks for his mother, Mai for _the whole future, even Goku hearing his family was killed. Just because Saiyans are _*_factually_*_ emotionally stiff, doesn't mean it _never_ means anything to anyone.
@@terminatorofen8807 Again, Future Bulma, the whole future, Goku's parallel timeline family dying, and so on. Saiyans are just emotionally-stiff beings, there are still a handful of instances where others and even they _clearly_ care, or are affected by it.
Universes 2, 3, 6 and 11 left like true champs, without screaming how unfair it is or how they will take revenge. Just enjoying the last moments together and thanking everyone to fight them
Do you think that hakai is unavoidable? Imo i think it is unavoidable. It's not a beam or ki ball release it's different, like triggering something inside.
He has ki control and likely made it, so it only destroys frieza and not the entire earth. Exploding planets with a wave of a palm like King Vegeta did with just a power level of 10,000 proves that frieza who has most definitely surpassed that even in dbz could easily destroy a planet with his palm.
12:56 the fact that Universe 2 and universe 6 was just…so happy. That they knew they tried and yet they celebrate it as if it’s a blessing and even said good bye. I don’t watch dragon ball that much but that actually is heart aching… Edit: I actually fucking cried yes I will admit this
seeing each of the gods of destruction reacting differently to their final moments is a really interesting thing (I wonder how they felt when they were brought back by universe 7)
@@Hamzurger a little question we know that vegeta died because he can't breath in space but how did he died in just 5-6 seconds I think he can hold his breath for like 3-4 minutes so why didn't whis find vegeta floating in space
@@kkassassin1026 because holding your breath isn’t the only thing to keep one alive in space Look a those videos that talk about what happens to a person in a space vacuum
14:14 made me almost cry champa just take it easy his death and beerus turns his back to him he just want to show that he dont care but in reality he close his eyes in the time as champa died and said: nothing else to say 😭😢 he doesnt laugh at his brother as usual 😢😭
I always wondered if getting erased from existence is the same thing as dying. May it is even worse. After all Zeno erased an immortal being. This always gives me goosebumps.
@@kaenanims that's exactly what i mean. Back in DBZ the only known way to vanish from existence was to die again in the afterlife, as mentioned by Goku in the Buu Saga, so being in the afterworld is also a "safe space".
@@superstarchris3925 Lol yeah , burn ts a joke that piccolo is Gohan's father because he basically trained him and Raised him. Remember piccolo trained Gohan for the Frieza saga and cell saga .
@@majinprince-xanaden most of the main cast died in Z at least once, nearly everyone important has died or been absorbed at one point or another and it had some brutal scenes
I didn't understand a thing, when Piccolo was pierced by Frieza's laser why did the laser go through him not hit Gohan as well? Frieza is a little blinded perhaps.
@@mattiascolamiero5656 Logically: Were Piccolo not in the way *in front* of Gohan, Frieza probably would've arced the laser downward in the slight distance more it would've traveled, hitting Gohan. Realistically: its anime lol
Yes i felt so bad seeing them go Just getting erased from existence is worse since your soul just goes nowhere Im glad android 17 made the right choice, because everyone got their happy endings afterwards
I didn't know Piccolo actually died I thought they gave him a senzu or something I don't think they really said anything about bringing him back to life Edit: I know now, probably because the last time I've seen the anime version is when that arc aired and wow ALOT OF LIKES JUST FROM THIS
FUN FACT: piccolo took the most hits for people in dbz and dbs because they have healing abilities. HAPPY FACT: piccolo saved gohan the same way in dbs than dbz the fight against nappa
Fun fact: Goku decided to use Instant Transmission to transport Cell's explosion to King Kai's world, sacrificing himself, King Kai, Bubbles, and Gregory to the explosion. In the canonical timeline, these are technically the only two times that Goku has actually died and had to be revived with the Dragon Balls.
@𝓜𝓻. 𝓔𝓹𝓲𝓵𝓮𝓹𝓼𝔂 an example of ki being utilized in the most weirdest of ways is goku conveniently having every last bit of his life and power energy in the ki blast he was going to use to attack hit with, and then throw it in the air as a last minute effort and then revive himself with it to act like he did it on purpose for plot armor
The way Gowasu says "Zamasu.." like how a disappointed parent would sound after you break a window and not like how he just heard that zamasu ERADICATED ALL OF MORTAL KIND.
I think all the people that watched it and enjoyed till now just think its normal because it was getting weirder step by step the longer show was running and without questioning too much. This feels so random, i think its funny that they want to surprice the viewer by always telling an even higher number than before that should resemble ones power level. They even went to infinity and beyond?? Somebody dies? Get him back. What else was there? Oh yeah i always find in kind of funnie that the character designs with there associated voice actor dont fit at all. Why is the old naked purple cat so ugly
Actually it is censored the anime had to censor it is because it far brutal in dbs But in the manga fused zamasu bled red blood when he was splitted in half
I love how Frieza just be obliterating entire planets and Goku sounds like a parent scolding his toddler like "Frieza no! That's not nice! BAD FRIEZA. Now go to afterlife timeout."
Regarding the erasure of universes in the ToP, it's interesting to see each angel's reactions. Some of them held their bosses in high regard (to the point of Kusu from U10 actually weeping for the erasure of Rumshii), others, like Mojito from U9 feeling relief due to no longer having to serve someone as incompetent as Sidra was. And then we have Vados trolling Champa to the very end, and Campari from U3 wondering what took Mule so long to get out of his weird mecha lol
I was half expecting this to be a compilation of nothing but Krillin getting merc'd with the "bleh" death sound followed by him being immediately resurrected in rapid succession.
