Pasta bake dish is perfect for cozy weekend or weeknights meal. The combination of chicken mince and pasta bake is match made in heaven, the flavours melts in your mouth and the tummy smile.
Ingredients:
500g pasta of choice
500g chicken mince
1 large onion
1/4 of red, yellow and green peppers
1 tin peeled tomatoes
1 tbsp crushed garlic
Seven colours spice
Thyme
Top class spice mix
Paprika
Chilli flakes (optional)
Sweet chilli sauce
Black pepper
Spinach
Mozzarella cheese( can use cheddar or mix both cheddar and mozzarella)
Fresh parsley
Instructions~ fry onion in oil and butter, add thyme then fry till it’s translucent, add peppers and garlic fry for 2 minutes, add mince and spices, brown it for few minutes, add tomatoes and enough water, cover and let it simmer on medium heat until everything is cooked,add pepper and sweet chilli sauce and cook for a minute. Boil your pasta until it is tender, drain the water and run it with cold water to prevent it from sticking together, mix pasta and mice together, add half in a roaster, add spinach, then the rest of pasta mix and top it up with your cheese and roast in the oven until you cheese is melted and slightly golden brown but not dry, let it cool for 5-8 minutes, garnish with parsley and serve😋😋😋
