Shadow Prince theme really got me. I played as the Red Prince and after all he wenth through with Sebille and after all she told him he could never betray her neither his mates, even facing his death. He conquered divinity and all creatures of Rivellon became his friends. That's his story and my guideline to follow.
Nope, don't use this for every fight. This song has such an impact that says "shit just got real, this ain't your typical fight!" which would be lost if it played in every fight.
All the instruments are really good, the flute and chello both give that fantasy vibe, the oud makes you feel badass, but damn does the person on basuri just go hard, like outta nowhere they just start tearing off at light speed power soloing.

Yes.. I spent some time looking for this specific piece. Sounds to me like it utilizes the Oriental 1/4 note-system, like for instance from 33:50-34:05, which is used in Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Iran, etc and was used in Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, etc until some 2½ centuries ago.
1:25:07 it is a shame this song is so good and (as far as I remember) it only takes place once in the game during the battle against the Shadow Prince. 2 more times at least would had been nice, maybe in the Dreamer Coliseum and the fight against Sadha (for those that kill her of course). My favorite theme, by the way 15:32
I absolutely love these tunes. Might be the best combat music in any game so far. Honestly there isn't lot of things to top the battle score of D:OS2. I'm ready. I yield to none! Prepare yourself.
You are clearly exaggerating A LOT. The music is good, but definitely not the best out there. And while a couple of tracks are REALLY AWESOME like the Battle for Divinity, overall most of the tracks are very average compared to many other games, especially RPGs.
@@SeventhheavenDK I haven't been up to speed with a lot of the latest RPGs, however I can say that the combat score for this game is superior to Skyrim's.

Honestly, the music is just so good. It is actual fantasy music, you can't really tell: Does it sound like Hollywood, does it sound Mediterranean, Asian, Eastern European? No, it sounds like Rivellon.
Honestly I never got to appreciate most of the music while playing. Guess I didn't have the volume raised enough and the battle sound effects probably overpowered it. Sounds like Boris did a good job of honoring the feel of the previous game's OST tho.
@1:28:08 is the boss music that Russian conscripts hear when the Ukranian tractors appear to take away their tanks. Just so there’s no confusion because humor on the internet is dead: it doesn’t end well for the Russian conscripts.
