This is a promotional featurette aimed towards video stores and marketing partners which appeared on screener copies of the film 'All Dogs Go to Heaven' on VHS.
It encourages marketing companies to promote and sell the film on VHS and Laserdisc. It features some behind-the-scenes notes and some words by Don Bluth himself.
I picked this tape up from a thrift store, since I couldn't find it online I thought I'd share this piece of video history.

Its pretty rare to find "the making" of this film, yeah its brief, but its cool to see more about this movie, thanks for sharing this.

Rarely any of Don Bluth’s films on DVD and Blu-Ray have supplemental features. They mostly feature sing alongs and kid games. Only The Secret of NIMH has a making of featurette available.

Funny thing, Itchy shows his nephew the Secret of NIMH and the same guy who did Itchy (Dom DeLuise) was in that movie too as Jeremy the Crow, anybody else notice that?

Wanna know what else is a rarity? A very rare variant of the MGM/UA Home Video logo that I found from RetroJunk, and it's from 1987, too!

Listen, I highly recommend you save this promo and other videos you have to your computer and/or some flash drives before December 10th because RU-vid's updating its terms, most likely meaning just about any video involving copyright will be removed permanently. So to keep rare nostalgic videos like this around, please copy and save it.
