Dayum. I definitely didn’t expect it, but Dororthea’s easily in my top 3 FE3H characters. She may act like a flirtatious diva, but that’s all it is: an act. She still has her own doubts and insecurities, but she only truly shares them with people she truly cares about. And even with her hatred for nobles due to her past, she can still end up reconciling with them if she gets to know them, such as Lorenz and Ferdinand. So basically, she’s like a more likable and better written Charlotte. And that’s definitely all I need in my life.
Ugh, just too adorable! The 3 Houses roster definitely makes the Fates roster look like a mere afterthought, and Dorothea has to be one of my favorite characters. Such a layer of vulnerability, yet enough kindness to make her truly shine.
Jeff the Indian Chief Honestly in every way it’s like the studio looked at Fates and thought “Right ... so that didn’t work how we wanted. How do we do this right?” And they made what Fates should have been and weirdly enough making the best Harry Potter game ever lol

To be fair, comparing Fates to 3 houses is quite one-sided, since it didn't have full voice acting outside of prerendered cutscenes and was on a much less powerful console. It's not free from criticism by any means, but it's not reasonable to expect a handheld game to be able to do everything a console game can.
There are also a bunch of subtle hints that Felix is actually a bit musical, though he downplays it in his usual tsundee fashion. For one thing his support gies up if you pick him for the dance competition.
Believe it or not, for a while I forgot that it was Dorothea who gave the nicknames "Ferdie", "Hubie" and "Edie", and thought it was Bernadetta who used those nicknames. Probably because Bernadetta refers to herself as Bernie.
I love Dorothea as a character she’s so well written but I hate how each A support ends with “wanna get married?” It kinda takes away from the emotional impact that a lot of her supports have
That's why I like a lot her supports with Linhardt, Bernie and Ferdinand. There might be some implied romance but it's mostly about the relationship between the characters
In a normal playthrough, you're not going to run into every single one of Dorothea's A supports. Stuff like this tells me the game only expects you to get one or two of them.
Lizzy Lee it’s crazy on my playthrough, we killed Ferdie, I was never close to him. But after the battle I talked to her. She said something like, “There was a lot of people in the fight professor, and they’re all dead.. We killed Ferdie.. (didn’t even know he had a nick name) you remember him? He was our friend.. I guess not anymore now..”
Honestly, I think Dorothea is the only character in the game who doesn't have a bland/bad support conversation with anyone. Even characters whose supports I don't really love (Bernadetta or Hubert, for example) have amazing supports with her. Adding that to the fact that she is one of the few characters who actually conveys a feeling of being impacted by the war and bloodshed throughout the entire story, and I think she easily makes the list of the best written characters in 3H.

I really want there to be a Dorothea/Bernadetta Paralogue where we get to beat up Bernie's dad. Here's how I'd make it. _You must achieve a B-support between Bernadetta and Dorothea before Chapter 12._ Dorothea is taking Bernadetta into the town near Garreg Mach to pick up supplies (i.e. groceries) when they are accosted by a group of soldiers from House Varley. They are being led by Bernadetta's father, Count Varley, who has had people spying on her for a while now. He's quite angry that she would associate with a "commoner whore" and intends to punish Bernadetta by harming Dorothea. At that moment, however, Byleth shows up with a group of knights, prompting Count Varley to back off for now, but he vows he'll come back . Dorothea isn't about to take this lying down, so she suggests that they teach Count Varley a lesson. This leads to the Paralogue battle, where you have to rout Count Varley's men. At the end, Dorothea catches up to Count Varley and, true to her word, breaks his arm. Count Varley vows revenge, but flees back to his territory. He doesn't show up again, as Edelgard puts him under house arrest upon ascending the throne (regardless of route).
I really love Doro’s singing in her C support with Edelgard! It really made me love her more! Allegra did great job cuz in Japanese version, Doro doesn’t sing here...
you could use that same line of thought for sooooooo many aspects of fates that arent the map desing of conquest. I mean i didnt care about like half the cast and things like the magic castle on another dimension really broke the inmersion for me.

@@darthixion957 not if you count their actual support with each other. She finds a way to get him to do some good. But I do like that Linhardt and Lysithea are in the library together.
At the very least, she is to Bernadetta. Really, while Dorothea, Edie, and Petra give off best friends/girlfriends vibes with each other, they're all big sisters to Bernadetta.
SPOILERS! In Ingrid C Support she mentions that Alois is working with her. What happens if you unlock this support in Edelgard Route and you didn't recruit Alois? (But you recruit Ingrid)

"Dorothea... The Allfather Graces you!" Bloodhound from apex legends is my main and Dorothea has the same voice actor "Allegra Clark" so yeah that's why I buy FE3H and join the black eagles (also because I play awakening and fates in 3ds was beautiful af)
As nice as some of the others are, there's really no equal to the love story of Dorothea and Manuela. I daresay it may be the best romance in the entire Fire Emblem series.

its pretty reasonable actually cuz she doesnt want to end up in the same place again, plus your s rank with dorothea proves she wants true love more than money, all she wish is not to be forgotten and disregarded

Her support with Sylvain kinda sucks. She says she wants someone to like for who she and not her looks or talent, but she doesn’t have much more depth to her besides basic human characteristics and being a flirtatious songstress. Edit: I won’t hold back that the support kinda sucked and I thought they’ve be the perfect pair, now I think Dorothea is better off with the Ferdinand, Hubert or MC while Sylvain and Mercedes have one of the best ones.
Some of these female supports feel inconsistent, Petra and Manuela don't get any implied relationship potential with female Byleth so it seems awkward to imply they'd go for Dorthea....

No surprise why she‘s so unpopular and hated. She doesn‘t changes, grows or develops post-timeskip while everyone else does. Dorothea haters stay winning. No matter what her simps will say
