I have to 100% agree with the therapeutic part of the eyeshadow. Oh my gosh if I am like having a really tough day my anxiety is crazy I can literally sit down and do a crazy eyeshadow look and it just absolutely relaxes me. Just takes me anxiety way down. I just love make up so much.

I have severe Crohn’s disease and I use makeup to help distract me from my pain. I focus on eye looks and it really helps a lot.

@@DatGurlCookz_LuvsMakeupToo I have had it for over 20 years. I manage but cant work due to it. I’m 43 and haven’t been able to work since I was 34. It’s absolutely miserable but I give my days to God because he is in control and he gets me through it. 🥰

Elf Halo Glow Powder is my go to glam makeup powder. If I'm doing natural makeup, I'll ditch this powder and use the Wet N Wild 5- in 1 Essence Primer + Finish Powder which is so perfect for an everyday no makeup makeup look. This powder is my everyday go to powder for when I want cover up my acne. I normally use the Elf Halo Glow Powder/ Wet N Wild's powder right after I do my skin care routine and it makes look more natural. I hate using powder after foundation and concealer cause it ruins the complexion. That's why it's better to start off with powder right away after skincare.
