@@rodneymckee8431 I definitely think that was a very poor Derby, but there's been a few more even worse like Sepentine, 2021 was one of the better ones, we had a winner going on to win the King George, and the 3rd winning the Irish Derby, and the St Leger.

@@nightowl7459 going through them again would have to go for Ruler of the world. Yes he bt a guineas winner in Dawn approach who clearly didn't stay other that that the whole field was useless

@@rodneymckee8431 There's been a few that weren't particularly good, I don't even think Camelot beat anything of particular note, to give some credit to Australia he beat Kington Hill who went on to win the St Leger.

Yeh he gets them all fit on the day without ballydoyle the derby would be usless

It's difficult to get one fit and ready for this race to get more than one ready takes a genius. Win or lose Aidan is always competitive. Hope he wins another one this year

@@suemaher5282 every other trainer manages O'Brien is a charlatan. See his results when he enters only one horse in a race. He does not win.

He's won 8 derbies let that sink in

Ballydole is one of the biggest horse operation in the world . Juddmonte comes to mind as one of its serious opponents. Sheikh Mohamed was quite big too when fabre trained his horses. Gosden 's doing extremely well himself with probably more breeder owners in his yard than anyone else and a much smaller string of horses to train. I d say John gosden has been doing amazingly well ever since he moved into Clarehaven stables. Sir Mark Prescott is no doubt the master of his trade with 50 boxes only and a career that speaks for it self.

I loved that race. That was a memorable Derby.
