Since the formation of Saudi Arabia in 1932, its grip over the Arab Peninsula in the Middle East became almost complete for the first time in modern history. But what if the unification was completed under some other dynasty? Or what if there was no ruling dynasty at all? In this All Endings video, I would like to show some possible scenarios involving Saudi Arabia and Arabia as a whole. Enjoy!

Indeed. They retained British influence (in Jordan mostly) for a very long time and it seems that they are a lot more reformist than the Saudis (but I think that Saudi Arabia also had many kings who pushed for modernisation and not strict islamism). On the other hand, Hashemites both in Jordan and Iraq have been much more dedicated to fight against Israel. So, if they ruled over a great power in the Arabic Peninsula, it is possible that Israel would have been eradicated up to this point. However, Jordan was also rather... expansionist in its wars against Israel. They were not great allies of Palestinians, because they fought also to gain something for themselves. Interesting, interesting. We can observe Jordan, because it's a very interesting country. Conservative, yet modernist. Patriotic, yet not anti-Western. Oh, and something obvious has to be added: Hashemite Jordan was also against Nasser and Assad and Hussein, all these Arabic Socialist revolutionares. Just like Saudi Arabia, there was a fear of anti-royalist coup

@@BartlomiejDmowski Well, even back during the aftermath of WW1 the Hashemites really were pushing for a Syria that would encompass modern Syria, Lebanon, Israel, and Jordan. They weren't even against some provisions for some of the Jews coming to settle in Palestine iirc since the Ottomans had worked with a policy like that. Their big issue was the large division of states into what we see now, and fearing Israel becoming an Ethnostate that would persecute Palestinians.
