This is a really good exercise! When I go to the 'interface' between perception and 'knowing' it all dissolves into 'Oneness'. It's an instant return to being.

Summarising all of rupert’s teachings: When you ask yourself the question “am i aware”...you refer to an objective-quality less experience of being aware and a thought rises “yes”. If you stay with that experience after the thought (being aware of being aware),awareness gradually ,in time ,loses its limitations and the true nature of awareness will shine as it is .This process is called self abidance.

I agree with the questioner that It is rather easy to understand and feel that we are the empty space in which all experiences comes and goes However to feel and understand that we are the empty space out of which experience and matter is made is very difficult because most of us try to understand this from the perspective of the separate self. It is like asking a dream subject that all the objects he or she sees are made out of the dreamer mind. For me the key to understand this fact was when I heard Rupert that we are a dream in God’s mind. Since the point of view of the separate self matter is real. From the point of view of Universal consciousness every thing including us is made out of consciousness.

The only thing that is appearing to stop you from enlightenment/self-realization/eternal life/knowing yourself to be unconditional love is identification with thoughts, emotions, sensations, perceptions and experiences instead of being aware of being aware and knowing yourself to be that unconditional love pure consciousness in which all thoughts, emotions, sensations, perceptions and experiences appear but are not inherently one with you; they are an expression of unconditional love; you are that infinite that is expressing itself as suffering/pleasure but inherently you are neither; you are that nothing/unconditional love/pure consciousness in which they are appear and by which they are perceived; Suffering/pleasure comes and goes; there is an awareness that is aware of them coming and going; that you are; remember and know what you are; never identify with anything that is appearing within you; since it appears within you; it can't be you; you are that in which it appears. When you abide as that in which it appears instead of identifying; nothing has a grip on you; if anything comes; it quickly goes; like clouds passing; only if you identify as a cloud then it will appear as if the cloud is here for longer than it is originally supposed to; if you simply rest as the awareness and do not identify; it will quickly dissolve; be unconditional love by being aware of being aware; this is the highest; this is what you are seeking in absolutely everything else; you are seeking yourself; you are seeking unconditional love; but you are looking outside of yourself; instead of being aware that you already are unconditional love. Love

Not in concepts by objective experience , but can be know as "conciouness" the name that we gave to "it" and because you are that. So... you know yourself only by being yourself 🤷🏽‍♂️. Witness conciouness , pure knowing/awareness

We can make a understanding of what we are when there's the illusion of objective and subjective , and that's the experience we can know our true being , but to Understand is an illusion that there is this and there's me , thats false when this falls all there's left is conciouness or knowing that there's no separation at all only the truth.

The experience of knowing is all there is, it can never be named, it can only be known as allwase (before) nouns. So the only ''name'' we actuly have is a verb to discribe ''knowingness'' that verb is called (Before) because nomater what you see or think or do, ther is the undersanding of ''I'' am (before) it for me to (know) it.

I really am impressed about this talk, but i am constantly in doubius, that is, when we perceive something there is only perceiving (smelling, casting, hearing,....). This perceiving is always available during this life, that means if you don't listen a sound you are still listening and when a movement of air is in ouf range of frequency we can hear it. So why is it couscounsness? Why is it not the mind faculty? I mean the fact that we are mind? Thank all for an answer

All you can know of a thing is the feeling of it. And all you can feel is the knowing of it. Knowing & Feeling is the God & Tao union of the Yin Yang of Christ Consciousness as The Light that I am and you are. I wonder if you are stuck Rupert? Do you see the Light?

Thank you, Rupert. The one who is writing this is a Russian engineer. Can you assume the possibility of the Self-aware Consciousness in an artificial intelligence? Or, that is better to say, can the Consciousness theoretically observe the world through a non-organically, but artificially man-made window?

Sometimes I guess that it is complexity that leads to the emergence of consciousness, they are actually the same thing. So for AI that would be the case, which would lead to awareness in matter and cybernetics.

Lets brake down the word (befor) be/fore, (be) means allone & exist, & (fore) is its own meaning. So now that feeling of ''I'' that u are, not the ''I'' that is watched Is the feeling of (be/fore). The ''I'' that is watched is the reason the first ''I'' clames its feeling as the word (be/fore) because the first ''I'' Is ''fore'' the watched ''I'' or the (be/lieved) ''I''.

Is what knowing ‘knows’ eternal? If knowing is eternal then knowing knows all things eternally, right?. If knowing knows the experience of life through a specific body-mind, then wouldn’t it know that eternally? So are we not, as separate selves, eternally known by God?

Knowing don't know like mind knows an object , this knowing/witness awareness knows everything because it is everything itself , so this knowing knows itself just by being itself lol

Yes , but the mind has its own limit to have an "journey" to go back the pure knowing/conciouness , and then will "remember" that he knows everything because it is what its self is , everything arises from pure conciouness and it's not separated , so all there's is knowing emternally that there is no difference between maya and conciouness/knowing.

@@CristyanBernardes right, knowing doesn’t know objects directly. It has to be asleep as mind to know separate objects. When it is awake, mind is asleep. So that would mean, knowledge is not eternal.. Only the knowing with which knowledge is known while knowing sleeps as mind is eternal..
